    Clinical info: Case of TNBC on chemotherapy.

    Bilateral mammograms have been performed in CC and MLO view with optimal compression.
    Both breasts show heterogeneously dense fibroglandular parenchyma. This may obscure small masses.

    Left breast: Further decrease is seen in the irregular high density responded mass now seen as architectural
    distortion in the upper outer quadrant. No suspicious microcalcification is seen.
    Stable left axillary lymph nodes.

    Right breast: No dominant mass or suspicious microcalcification or architectural distortion is seen.


    IMPRESSION
    Bilateral mammogram reveals,
    Further decrease in the earlier responded high density mass now seen as architectural distortion in the upper
    outer quadrant of left breast as compared to previous study dated 16.02.2023.
