1. Manufacturing Precautions: Wear the indicated cleaned gown/ apron, head cover,
nose mask,
Gloves, Safety goggles, shoes/ slipper etc while
production.
Clean & observe daily hygiene on production area &
equipments.

1. Raw Materials Dispensing Sheet:

 Weighing the individual ingredients as required and collect in a dry and clean poly bag.
 Transfer the weighted ingredients to the disintrigation area.

2. Disintrigation Process:
- Inspect the area for clearance.
- Inspect the room & machine cleanness & condition.
- Put the status label in suitable area.
- Disintrigate (Break in to small pieces) to the materials.

3. Sodhana (decontamination) Process:


- Inspect the area for clearance.
- Inspect the room & equipment cleanness & condition.
- Put the status label in suitable area.
- Wash the materials with fresh water and dry it properly.
- Take cow milk in a vessel.
- Take the cow ghee in another vessel then temper the Gandhak.
- After proper tempered, keep the Gandhak in Cow milk vessel and boiled for 3 hour and allowed
to cool.
- Wash the Gandhak and dry it properly. (Repeat same process for three times)
- Prepare the fine dust the Gandhak.

- Make the Vabana (Trituration with liquid up to dry) by below Kwath/Sworas.

5. Mixing Process:

- Mixed with homogeneously above Gandhak Powder and Mishree Powder for a hour in equal
quantity.
