1. Job Satisfaction-job Performance (JS – JP)


They both are directly related to each others.
Higher the job Satisfaction, Higher the job Performance will be as employees
are willing to go extra mile for the organization.

2. Satisfaction-Organization Citizenship Behavior (JS – OCB)


They both are also directly related to each others.
As Satisfied employees are more likely to engage in positive Citizenship
behavior.
It could be assisting your colleagues and giving above or beyond the job
description.

3. Job Satisfaction-Turnover (JS – Turnover)


They both are indirectly related to each others.
Satisfied employees are less likely to leave their positions / Jobs even in high
stress environment because of personal fulfillment in their jobs and it could be
due to perceived organization support by the organization even in stress full
environment they will follow constructive + Active Attitude.
