    Related to Digilocker
    This is the era of technology that has made many changes in a
    different area. Digitalization plays a huge role in every aspect of
    human lifewhether it is personal or professional.There, there is a
    new platform that is known as a DigiLocker and it is quite useful to
    the issue as well as to verify any record/certificate in this digital
    format and by doing the same, the utilization of hard copy has
    been eliminated.

    Due to the amazing features of DigiLockers; people registering


    for the same account receive dedicated cloud data storage which is
    connected to their identity card. Moving forward, DigiLocker
    licensed government agencies and institutions can directly pass
    printed copies of their released documents and certificates into
    citizens' lockers. People can also upload versions of their scanned
    documents to their records. Users can automatically sign these
    documents with the e-Sign facilities. DigiLocker is a wireless locking
    system provided by the government. People store their records in
    scanned or digital formats.
    Disadvantages of DigiLocker

    Login restrictions: These are some of the main


    problems with using DigiLocker is because it has limits
    on login. Only the mobile number and email address
    that is connected to any identity card can be signed in
    to the app.
    Only for Id-Card users: DigiLocker's second
    disadvantage is it was made for people who have a
    registered identity card. Users can check the status of
    their identity card application if they have made any
    corrections but are also pending an update.

    Ultimately,the disadvantages of Digilocker as well as


    its advantages are intended to make people informed of
    the identity card. It even gives an idea of accessing the
    identity card by number or registered identity.
    Besides this, for their flexibility and safety, people can access their
    electronic files anytime, anywhere, and share them digitally. This
    helps save money, paperwork, and lets people get their work done
    on either the move. By minimizing the utilize of paper, it reduces
    the overall costs of state agencies, making it a trouble-free and
    more environmentally friendly way to get things done. DigiLocker
    facilitates validation because the registered banks authorize them
    directly. Since files are verified by the concerned agencies, it helps
    a user perform many other activities such as documents needed
    for different financing purposes or at airports and metro stations
    where IDs are needed.

    The administration should make DigiLocker safe and have some


    of the best safety features available. The data and documents can
    only be accessed by the user from DigiLocker. The user gets a
    safe, password-protected cloud account. DigiLocker also has a
    timed logo, which means that the user can log out if the person
    leaves the logo open.
