I. INTRODUCTION
 We on UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. practices each employee to ensure the growth and
efficiency on the aspect on Environmental Management Systems (EMS), the organization paves
ways on ensuring that we will do our best on giving an impact on our operating efficiencies and
contribute on the favorable enhancement of our valued environment.
We at UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. provide suitable processes to attain maximum effect
and mitigate damage to our resources. We facilitate the development of environmental
management systems (EMS) among small and medium-sized organizations. We explain to our
employees & clients the importance and value of managing the Environmental impact on the
daily routine. We explain how to develop and implement an effective EMS and how it supports
the organization’s mission and goals.
The heart of this manual focuses on implanting key elements on how the organization addresses
on performing the standard practices on the EMS by;
 Identifying and controlling the environmental impact of its activities, products or services
 Continually improve its environmental performance
 Implement a systematic approach to setting environmental objectives, achieving these
objectives, and demonstrating that they have been achieved
 Drives and reminds that it is everyone’s job to protect the environment by preventing pollution
and continually improving the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the earth we inhabit. Not
only are there external benefits but reducing your environmental impact will also benefit your
organization by reducing the amount of waste and consumption of resources and lower
operating cost.
 Ensure that UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. meet any legislative or regulatory requirements.
This will reduce the organization’s potential to pay liability fees, while also improving your
organization’s efficiency.

II. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

UNITEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. is committed to managing environmental impact as an integral
part of our
operations. In particular, it is our policy to assure the environmental integrity of our processes and
facilities at all times. We will do so by adhering to the following principles:
We will employ management systems and procedures specifically designed to minimize the
use of hazardous materials, energy and other natural resources, to minimize the generation of
waste, and to enable recycling and reuse of materials.
We will continually seek opportunities to improve our environmental performance by

establishing objectives and targets, measuring progress, and reporting our results; including
but not limited to energy, water, paper and fuel consumption and vehicle miles traveled.

We will promote participation and communicate our commitment to responsible environmental
management by promoting environmental responsibility among our employees; by providing
the necessary training and support to enable them to implement this policy; by informing
suppliers of our environmental policy and encouraging them to adopt effective environmental
management practices; and by soliciting input from our employees, suppliers, customers and
board members in meeting our environmental goals.
The following measures will be taken by management and employees to reduce waste, prevent
pollution, conserve water and energy:

The UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. Environmental Management System (EMS) is a voluntary
management tool that provides a framework to pro-actively manage the potential and actual
environmental risks and opportunities. UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. EMSs identifies,
documents, monitors, evaluates and communicate within the organization’s environmental
performance. Developed in line with the organization’s environmental policy and extending
throughout the organization, UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC. EMS is part of the organization’s
overall management system., UNI-TEC GLOBAL ENTERPRISES INC EMS provides order, processes,
and procedures, assigns responsibilities, allocates resources, and provides continual evaluation of
planning activities, organizational structure and practices.
