IGP Education Scholarships - 2023-24
Tata Trusts invite applications for scholarship for the listed Medical and Healthcare streams, D.ED & B.ED for
Jammu- Kashmir and North-East, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, B.Ed & M.Ed in Special Education from 16th
November 2023 to 30th November 2023. Applications should reach us by 3 p.m. on 30th November 2023, after
which the portal will be closed. Kindly note, that no application will be accepted after this deadline. Further,
applicants will be requested to send across the requisite documents on igpadmin@tatatrusts.org within 24
hours of submitting the application form.
In order for the Trust office to process applications expeditiously, applicants are urged to adhere to the
stated timelines.
We understand that the results may have been delayed for some of the listed streams of study. Such students are
also requested to fill in the form and submit the necessary documents as per the instructions given apart from the
marksheet. Once their results are announced, they are requested to submit the marksheet, by 30th January 2024,
provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria.
i. Students whose fees are supported by way of a stipend, grant, or scholarship from the Institute / any
other organizations are not eligible to apply.
ii. Shortlisted Master’s students pursuing MD/MCH/DM/MS/MDS/OT-PT and who are currently in their
second or third year of studies may be scheduled for an online interview, subject to eligibility criteria and
iii. Please ensure that the bank account details furnished are accurate and that the account is. The
Trusts will not be responsible for a failed transaction due to incorrect information.
iv. The award or otherwise of the scholarships will be communicated through email. The decision of the
Trust will be final.
v. Tata Trusts do not have any intermediaries/ agents. Candidates are advised to beware of such
individuals who claim to represent the Trusts and demand a share of the grant, if sanctioned. In case any
such demands are made, candidates are requested to bring the matter immediately to the notice of the
Tata Trusts office on the earlier mentioned email address.
c) A cancelled cheque OR a first page of the bank passbook pertaining to the student’s bank account
only. (please ensure that the account is active)
f) Additional mandatory documents for master’s students pursuing MD /MS /MDS /OT-PT / MCH /DM,
who are currently in their second and third year of studies.

i. Students are requested to fill in the online application form completely and respond to all the mandatory
questions in the same.
ii. The email ID mentioned in the application form will be used for all correspondence. So, please take
care to fill in the correct email ID.
iv. Only one application should be filled in by a student. In case multiple applications are received, the

vi. Once the application form is completely filled, please click on the “Submit” button. You will see an
acknowledgement message on the screen along with directions on how to send the mandatory documents
(mentioned in Part 2) in a single email addressed to igpadmin@tatatrusts.org.
(B) Part 2 – Directions to submit the documents via email within 24 hours of sending the
application form
I. The subject header of the email should be “<<Stream Name>>-<<Student Name>>” (E.g. (B.Pharm)-
(Swati Suresh Sharma)
II. All attached documents should be in PDF format only and must be appropriately named (e.g.
MarksheetSem1, MarksheetSem2, FeeReceipt, BankCheque, Collegeletter)
III. All documents must be properly attached. The Trust office will not be able to consider documents
submitted through drive or link.

(Specimen letter to be typed on the original letter head of the college. This letter should be signed by the
Dean / Principal of the concerned college).
