EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

1. AUTHORIZATION

Initial Page Interface Click Register if you don’t have EoI

account. If you have already
registered, click Login then enter
your registered email and password.

Registration Page Interface 1. Fill in all the required entry fields

(your name, email, phone
number, your position in your
company, company name, and
create a unique password).
2. Click Register.
3. Check your email and click the
Activation Link that we have
sent. If you can’t find the
activation email in your inbox,
please check your spam, or all
mail label.

Sign In Page Interface After your account has been

activated, insert your email and
password that you have registered
and click Sign In.

Forgot Password 1. If you have previously registered,
and forgot your password, please
hit the Forgot Password button.

Step 1
2. After that, please fill in your
registered email, and then click
Submit button. You will receive
the success message and you can
go to the Step 3.

3. Go to your email account and

check your inbox. You will receive
a message containing a link to
reset your password. Hit the link
and you will be redirected to the
reset password page. If you don’t
receive the message within five

to the fields, and then click

2. EoI SUBMISSION

Main Page Interface There are 3 (three) main buttons in

this page.

Home Page:
You can find several important
notices and information here.

EoI Submission:
You should insert your company
information here.

Settings:
You can change your password here

EoI Submission Page Interface To start your EoI Submission,

1. Click EoI Submission.
2. If you have submitted the EoI in
the previous year, and you wish
1 to copy your company
2 information from your latest EoI
form, click Yes Button, and you
can start update your latest
company information. If you wish
to start over the EoI Submission,
click No button, and then click
Create button.
3. Make sure to update the financial
criteria form and fill in the
financial data at the correct
column. Please follow the years
written at the top of the column
as shown at the Picture 1.
4. If you have not submitted the EoI
on previous year, click Create
button. Then you can start fill in
the form. You can click delete

5. You need to give all required
information, upload evidences or
other required documents and fill

Submission

Participant Information Form 1. You need to fill in the form here

and upload your Latest Company
Profile. Your company profile
should contain:
a. Structure of your company
(your company affiliates,
1 subsidiaries, etc)
b. Structure of your parent
company (your holding
company affiliates,
subsidiaries, etc)
Upload File Interface 2. You need to create your own
Signed EoI letter. There is no
template for the signed EoI letter,
and no minimum of content
required in the letter, you can
express your interest by
highlighting your key experiences
and/or by mentioning area of
interest (e.g. project sponsors,
EPC, O&M, etc). If you have no
idea about the eoi letter content,
please click the download button
for reference Please note that EoI

letter must be signed by your
company authorized
representative.
3. When you have your signed EoI,
you can upload it by clicking the
Choose File button > select the
specific document > Open.

Financial Criteria Section 1. In the financial criteria section,

you need to select your Currency
you use in your financial
1 statement. If you can’t find your

currency, please convert it to USD.

2. Please fill in the Total Asset and
EBITDA, with a full amount of
numbers. For example, if your
total asset is USD 1,500,000,001
(one point five billion one USD)
you need to fill it with that full
exact numbers not only
4
1,500,000,000.
3. Please input the latest DSCR ratio
of your company. Ideally DSCR
6 ratio has a positive value (above
zero).
4. To fill in the EBITDA and DSCR, you

form by clicking the Green
Download Button as shown in
picture 3.
5. After that open the downloaded
calculation form and fill in the
required information starting
from the currency column to the
end of the form until you get your
EBITDA and DSCR number. All of
the editable column is mandatory,
and you must fill in according to
you financial statement. If you
don’t have the required data (e.g.
you don’t have loan from
shareholders) just input the
column with 0 (zero). Your status
will not turn to “OK” if there is still
an empty column in the

calculation form. After you
complete the required column,
Copy (Ctrl + C) your EBITDA and
DSCR to the EoI Form as shown in
picture 4
6. The completed spreadsheet file
(EBITDA and DSCR calculation
form) must be re-uploaded
through the upload button.
7. For the Credit Rating, you only
need to pick one, please input the

 latest credit rating and fill it on the
form.
8. After you fill in the form, you have
to upload your credit rating
evidence and audited financial
statement for the last 3 years in
PDF format. The PDF file should
not exceed 20 MB.
9. If your company has no Credit
Rating and/or your 2022 Financial
Statement is on audited process
or can’t provide the evidence,
please upload a PDF file with the
statement letter signed by your
authorized representative that
explain why your company can’t
provide it, and you will provide it
on a later stage of partnership
process.

PLN DPT Section You can pick No if you ar e not listed in

PLN DPT (Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi
– List of Selected Partner). If you are
one of PLN DPT, please upload the
evidence.
Area of Interest Section In this area of interest section, you
need to choose your preferred power
plant that you wish to collaborate
with PT PJB, and your role in that
collaboration or partnership with PT
PJB.

You can choose more than one power

plant and role. And please fill in the
notes preference box if you have
something to tell us, if you don’t, just
skip the box and go to the next section

Project Experience Section In this section, you need to fill in your

experience in power plant project.

To fill in the project experiences just

simply click the green Add Experience
button, then fill in the required form
there, and upload evidence of your
experience. It could be a contract,
photos, documentation, or other form
of evidence which tells us that your
company involved in that project.
These documents must be in PDF
Format with 3 MB maximum size.

Legal Statement Section You must answer all the question in
this section and upload a legal
statement letter. You can download
the legal statement format by clicking
the green Download button at the
bottom of this section for the
reference.

Final Statement Section Before you submit the EoI, please

confirm that all the information that
given to us are correct, accurate,
complete by ticking the Agree and
upload the final statement letter. The
example of final statement letter can
be downloaded by clicking the green
Download button at the bottom of
this section (just right above the
submit button) for the ref.

After that you can click Submit

button, or you can save it as a draft if
you want to double check it and
submit it later.

Don't forget to submit the EOI form

before the registration period close.
