    SIR:

    Greetings!

    We are expressing our deepest gratitude for the support your Office had been extending to our
    Department in the delivery of our Programs and Services to your constituents through your
    Public Employment Service Office (PESO) which is consistently one of the most active PESOs in
    the region.

    We would like to inform you that the 17 th National PESO Congress will be held on October 4-6,
    2017 at FL Dy Coliseum, Rizal Avenue, District 3, Cauayan City, Isabela. The three (3) – day
    event recognizes the exemplary performance of the PESOs in the field of Public Employment
    Facilitation Services, and an avenue for networking among PESO Managers, Staff, Local Chief
    Executives (LCEs) and Legislators nationwide.

    In view of this, we are inviting you, your PESO Manager, Ms. Imelda Basalo, and any PESO Staff
    to attend the said Convention. A Registration Fee in the amount of Four Thousand Pesos
    (P4,000.00) for every participant will only cover the following:
    1. Food:
    *1 Morning Snack
    *2 Afternoon Snack
    *2 Buffet Lunch
    *2 Buffet Supper
    2. Convention Kit
    3. T-shirt
    4. Identification Card
    5. Certificate of Attendance
    Transportation expenses, hotel accommodation and other incidental expenses are not part of
    the Registration Fee, thus it shall also be borne by the sending organization or Office. Payments
    in cash or check shall be in favor of PESOMAP, Inc. under Savings Account No. 3451-016-996 of
    Land Bank of the Philippines – Makati City Hall Branch. Payments shall be coursed through the
    Regional PESO President. Scanned copies of bank payments received by respective Regional
    PESO Federation Presidents shall serve as proof of registration. Confirmation of payment and
