    The meeting was facilitated by Ms. Regine M. Lejano. She started it with a Nationalistic
    Song and Prayer.
    It was followed by the checking of attendance and reading of LAC previous minutes by
    Mrs. Mila O. Cavitana.
    Ma’am Joanne C. Sugala was called to give her Opening Remarks. Also, a message
    was given by our visitor PSDS in-charge of the School, Mrs. Liberty Nobleza.

    The first speaker of the day was Ms. Reghine M. Lejano, English Coordinator and
    Socio Emotional Learning Implementer. Here are the things/ topics that she discussed.

     Google drive and folder for SEL activities in each class/grade level.

     Planned activities for SEL activities: Sending of Lovenotes for the learner and
    for the parents/guardians.

     Smarty Goals

    The second speaker for the day is Maam Liberty Nobleza. She talked about the
    following:
     School Orientation on Home Room Guidance Program
     Reiterated the words; “MAS OK ANG MAGING MATALINO KAYSA SA MARUNONG”.

    The last speaker of the day is Mrs.Verneza B. Flores. She talked about :

     Different School Forms to be accomplished at the beginning, middle and at the end
    of the school year such as SF1 to SF 10 and so on.
     Homeroom Guidance Forms
     Everybody was encouraged to start encoding on their SF10 , Primary and
    Intermediate Grades.
     Also discussed was the Summary Task and Reference Document at the School Level
    and the Different Supporting Documents upon entry of Kinder and Grade 1 such as
    birth certificate, certificate of completion, ECCD and others.
     Additional Forms / Reports such as 1) Quarterly Assessment 2) Pretest and Posttest
    in each quarter, and 3) Deadline for Submission of different forms. S Also, one week
    was the allotted time given to gather results for the Pretest and Posttest.
     The principal needs to observe Homeroom Guidance class.
     Homeroom guidance is mandatory, but not included in the performance grades of
    learners.
     Also, teachers needs to prepare Kids Notebook for Homeroom Guidance and a
    folder for portfolio.

    Lastly, Mrs. Angeline P.Freires facilitated the Kumustahan Portion. Everybody is


    encouraged to list down their very first job and share the learnings encountered from it.

    The awarding of certificates also takes place.
