    Narrative Report As parents and educator convened for the quarterly
    Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting, the
    air was charged with excitement. The gathering, which took
    place last February 13, 2024 at 3:00 o’clock in the
    afternoon, in the comfort of the Grade 2 Classroom, offered
    a forum for candid discussion, teamwork, and community
    development.
    Mrs. Lorraine Lee A. Sangalang, the Teacher-Adviser of the
    class, greeted everyone with a spirit of friendship as parents
    took their seats. She urged active involvement in PTA efforts
    and stressed the value of parental involvement in
    influencing our children's educational experiences.
    The meeting kicked off with a review of ongoing and
    upcoming activities like Catch-up Friday, Early Registration,
    Oral Reading Test and Child Protection Policy. Next on the
    agenda was a discussion of volunteer opportunities for the
    parents in watering the assigned plant boxes. The meeting
    then turned to matters of curriculum and academic
    enrichment as the adviser presented the learners who excel
    in their academic performances and issued the learner’s
    report card. As the meeting drew to close, Mrs. Sangalang
    emphasized the value of encouraging a feeling of

    community and cooperation among parents, teachers, and


    administrators. She urged parents to use the school's
    communication channels to stay in touch and to contact
    them with any queries or worries.
    At 4:00 pm, the meeting concluded satisfactorily with 30
    attendees.
