Early Warning System for Low Liquid Level

The WIST early warning system for low liquid level recognizes fluid losses in the
cryo bath and gives an acoustic intermittent tone and an optical signal. Users have
the opportunity to refill the bath tank before the built-in low liquid level protection
triggers the undesired automatic safety cut-off.

Refrigeration system:
2-Stage cascade refrigeration system.
• Two fans are employed to draw consistent airflow from the front to the back of the
freezer to cool the condenser.
• Condenser fans generate high airflow and have quiet operation.
• Two 1-hp hermetic compressors operated at a low speed for longer life (Danfoss).
• Energy efficient high performance oil separator eliminates solid contaminants along
with excess oil from the system and enhances the entire system’s performance.
• The compressors sit directly behind the fans and are air-cooled for better operating
conditions.
• CFC free refrigerant are used in 1st stage R-404 & 2nd stage R-508 + R290 mixed
refrigerant.
• Highly efficient corrosion resistant and pressure resistant heat exchanger used for
maximum heat transfer.
