EDGARD TABET
MANAGING DIRECTOR

With great power comes great responsibility. Edgard Tabet proved this statement with years filled with an
educational pursuit and gaining expertise. Edgard is the managing director of Digitect. He bears a great
expert in establishing companies. Starting from brand identity, building, managing the team to crisis
management, and ensuring the best outcome.

Edgard received a degree in (B.A) from California State College at Hayward in 1969. He acquired his
master’s in psychology from the University of Oregon in 1972, and in 1975 he passed his Bar Admissions at
University of Oregon School of Law. Also, he received a degree from the Australian College of Technology
Board in Commercial Science (1996 - 1997). Besides, he gained a bachelor’s degree in business
administration and Marketing from Lebanese University (1992 - 1999).

Prior to joining Digitect, Edgard started his first job as a sales supervisor in a luxurious furniture showroom
named “Habitat.” After that, he worked as a development manager at Links Communication. Later, he held
the general manager position at FTC For General Construction and Training in the United States, Saudi
Arabia, and Lebanon.

In 2009, Edgard was entrusted to manage Nofa international holding with notable Saudi owners. Nofa
International Holding has developed from a distributor of herbal nutritional supplements into a group holding
company, featuring: Bwell Gym, Buildmore for construction, Arabake Bakery, and Golden Ratio Advertising
Agency. Recently, he obtained the position of Managing director at JT World Trade and a managing partner
at Destination Partners in Lebanon.

His favorite quote is “Dream it till you make it, then make it another dream”. Edgard thrives to achieve new
goals and never stop evolving and challenging himself. Edgard sees the gem in building up a network, and
he believes that helping others and attaining people skills is an asset in business platforms.
FADI DANDACHI
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Fadi Dandachi, The Chief Financial officer of Digital Media Engineering Contracting Company, with years of
proven experience gathered as a group of innovative and creative souls. Creative and advertising solution in
this digital world. Mr. Dandachi has more than 10 plus years of experience in accounting, Financial analysis
& Corporate conformity.

He started his career as in the assurance Department at Ernst & Young Auditing firm where he practiced this
field with other function as Senior External Auditor serving the Company in Various Business Industry.

Mr. Dandachi earned his degree in Accounting and Finance from The Canadian University of Lebanon.
SABA CHAMOUN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

In the creative industry where visuals speak the loudest, he sweeps in calmly with
howl rhymes telling success stories—wearing T-shirts with bold statements,
captivating artwork, and jeans. He makes appearances like no other leader.

HUSSEIN YASSEIN
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Hussein Yassein is a chief information officer at Digitect. He bears years of experience in managing and
coordinating technology direction and strategy, process and quality improvement, developed IT corporate
standards compliance, and directing IT team. Responsible for including ERP development business
intelligence, customer support and communication.

Hussein held several positions that included business process engineering and restructuring for workflow.
Prior to joining Digitect, Hussein was a chief information officer at Dar Jana corporate in Saudi Arabia,
Jeddah, (2019), responsible for managing IT teams, developing objectives and strategies for IT department,
directing and managing IT projects, as well as developing innovative yet efficient solutions to keep the
corporate as a competitive entity in the region.
Hussein also worked at Dar Jana international school as IT manager where he handled network
infrastructure, designing, installing and terminating campus, configuring date centers, and terminating WIFI
(WLAN), in addition to the management of over 650 windows devices.

Hussein strives for knowledge and so he obtained a certification of (IOT) and (PMP) to backup his education
journey.
Hussein is a graduate of computer science at the Beirut Arab university (2006), he also obtained his masters
in management and information systems at Beirut Arab University (2007).

Hussein quality time consists of reading, gaming, movies and traveling.

SAMI DARAZI
MARKETING STRATEGIST

On January 2006, I’ve started a diversified career in Lebanon with Intermarkets where I was enrolled as a
junior planner, afterwards I moved to Mediaedge and had the chance to learn the basics of media booking &
planning, to eventually land in Y&R/Wunderman, where I handled accounts like Smirrnoff, Syriatel, Averda,
HP and Spinneys retail store.

On August 2007 I moved to Y&R - Jeddah - KSA, my career was reshuffled and I adapted to the local market
where I had the chance to handle local & multinational clients in many sectors; i.e.: automotive business
( GM, Chevrolet, Balubaid, Land Rover, Jaguar, Cadillac ) in addition to many other different sectors like
F&B, Fashion, Pharmaceutical, Services where i handled clients like Patchi, Colcci, Wella, Tamer, Sidra
Capital, Emaar, Armani, Diesel, LG.

On January 2010, I've started a parallel career in the Digital world where i participated in creating a small
Department that handled Planning, Buying & implementing Digital campaigns for all Y&R-Jeddah Clients, in
addition to refining & training few social media representatives who handled the social portals and content
management for most of Y&R clients like AlJomaih, Cadillac, Tazaj, Wella, MUM, Jaguar, Land Rover.

On January 2015, I decided to shift my career to another multinational Agency - AGA-ADK - and work as an
account director to drive Agency forward & help develop it more in Jeddah. Agency portfolio ranges from
leading Electronics brands, real estate, Skin Care, Automotive, Finance & others.

On July 2020, I joined Digitect, as a marketing strategist formulating solutions to our clients in different fields.
AHMAD BECK
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A specialist in the creative and advertising field with 14 years’ experience in integrated campaigning
and innovative brand-building solutions. Ahmed Baik is a creative director at Digitect.

Prior to joining Digitect, Ahmed worked as an Executive Creative Director for Drive Dentsu in Jeddah
since 2012 till present, in addition to Fortune Promoseven in Riyadh in (October 2000- March 2012).
Responsible for the visual content for international and local brands such as Virgin, Pepsi, Mountain
Dew, 7up, Mirinda, Fuchs, Hadeed Sabic, Mini Cheetos, MBC2, MBC4, Bin Laden Group, Okaz
Publishing, Goody Food, Mobily Telecom, Riyadh Bank, Delmonte, SEDCO.

Ahmed also worked at Abdul Latif Jameel Automotive as an Executive Creative Director where he
handled Toyota, Lexus, and Daihatsu.

Graduate of Advertising Design at the Lebanese American University

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Rasha Fallah is an Account Director at Digtect heading the Client Servicing team. She holds more than
eleven years of experience in a range of industries specializing in Corporate Communications and PR
communications.

Prior to joining Digitect, Rasha was a PR Account Director at Memac Ogilvy in Jeddah until 2018 where she
was responsible for building a positive brand image and increasing revenue for both Saudi and GCC markets
by giving guidance through local cultural understanding.

Rasha brings a wealth of strategic market knowledge and insights having worked at TNS Global prior to
joining Memac Ogilvy advertising agency.

Rasha has made her marks and was listed in the GROHE Green Mosque campaign at the 10th Annual
EMEA SABRE Awards receiving the ‘Platinum Best in Show Award and the Best Middle East Campaign, and
she was also listed on Dr Soliman Fakeeh Hospital PR in 2008 as one of the top five healthcare projects at
the 4th EMEA PR SABRE Awards.

Graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Marketing and Finance. Rasha is fluent in Arabic, English, and French with a fair command of Spanish.

Rasha is tech and trend-savvy, persistent, and dynamic at work. She is self-driven, with excellent
communication skills and praiseworthy leadership tactics.
