ImageLinks™ | Document Management Solution: ImageLinks, is a bilingual (Arabic/ English) system
that streamlines the processes of scanning, capturing, indexing, organizing, storing and retrieving
documents. Supported with Image Links Web client, it enables the organization to access and share
and retrieves the information throughout the enterprise using the Internet technologies

CABS is an Oracle based system designed to automate banking/micro finance businesses. It is a fully
integrated package that processes all banking related activities. CABS is a comprehensive modular
system which covers front office, back Office, trade finance, commercial lending, loans and credits,
delivery channels, interfaces, administration, and reporting.
OPTIMIZA’s Insurance Management System, Aman, is designed to meet the highest international
insurance standards and requirements. It is a conventional/ Islamic system and a fully integrated
package capable of processing General, Medical, and Group Life insurance, including accounting and
re-insurance activities. It has a regional customer base in , UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Yemen, and Egypt.

Our highly efficient financial accounting and analysis solution, Ideal Accountant, offers great tools for
smooth financial operations at small/ medium enterprises.

CourtWorks™: A comprehensive and fully integrated legal case management solution for centralized
and decentralized courts. CourtWorks allows cross courts communication and case transfer,
integration with external entities such as the Civil Status and Passports Department and the
Department of lands and survey, for the verification and cross exchange of data

Our patient-centered healthcare solution, eHOpe™ (Electronic Hospital Operations), is designed to
help medical institutions optimize their performance in the short term and deal with their strategic
operational and financial issues on the long run.

AML Connect is a modular system designed to provide banks with the ability to report the Anti
Money Laundering Unit all suspicious transactions and activities.

AccuLab is a cloud-based Laboratory Information System that helps medical labs, clinics and
hospitals digitally transform their test ordering-to-result process to better serve their patients and
care providers.
MEGA PROJECTS
OPTIMIZA has leveraged its capabilities in systems integration and implementation of IT
infrastructure solutions to offer end-to-end IT Solutions & Low Current IP Based Solutions
for large scale construction projects.
Expanding upon more than 30 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Solutions,
hundreds of successful implementations, and talented skillful engineers, OPTIMIZA has
launched its Low Current Systems Integration arm, “Mega Projects Unit”.
OPTIMIZA's partnership with elite providers of Low Current Applications and IT
Infrastructure solutions such as Cisco, Nexans, Datamax, HP, CA, Honeywell, etc. has
contributed to its ability to successfully implement Low Current projects.

OPTIMIZA is the first Jordanian company to obtain Capability Maturity Model Integration
(CMMI®) Level -3 accreditation.
CMMI® is currently considered the most widely accepted and adopted process
improvement approach worldwide. It is known to provide organizations with the latest
best practices for product and service development and maintenance, to improve quality
and increase the competition.
Applying the CMMI® model forces companies to commit to several procedures and
assessments.
The (CMMI®) Implementation and Certification Program was one of the initiatives
recognized by the Jordanian National ICT Strategy to improve Jordanian companies
domestic and international competitiveness and promoting Jordan as a high-quality
outsourcing location.
Getting the CMMI® is of a great advantage for both the clients and the employees of an
organization. It improves the quality of the products and services as well as improving the
productivity of the companies by enhancing work procedures. It also promotes and
reinforces the company's capabilities to predict projects schedule and manage risks.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Majed Sifri – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Majed is responsible for overall strategy and execution across the OPTIMIZA network. He holds an MBA in
Finance from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law at
American University.
Majed has over 20 years of experience in the North American Information Technology and Communications
sector, during which time he founded and led several companies, including CTI Datacom Inc., Applications
Technology (Apptek) Inc. (sold to L&H), and Redline Communications Inc., which went public on the AiM and
Toronto Stock Exchange – TSE).

Mr. Saif Khouri – Chief Operations Officer


Saif manages all the back office and finance functions of the company. He has more than 14 years of
experience in management consulting and organizational development in the Middle East, and is directly
involved in building and developing the management consulting practice at OPTIMIZA. Saif has diverse
experience in assisting organizations in achieving operational excellence through enhancing customer
capabilities. He has served as management consultant at ITC International, a regional business and IT
consulting company in Dubai, where he successfully delivered projects in performance improvement for
various industries.
MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Raed Al-Omari -- Director of Mega Projects


Raed is responsible for managing and directing the Mega Projects division at OPTIMIZA. He holds a Master’s
degree with distinction in Management and Business Administration (Strategic Management) from
Maastricht Business School, Holland, and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialty in
computers, from Yarmouk University. Raed has over 28 years of experience in IT (hardware, software, and
networking) across the MENA region, covering all areas of business development, business consulting, IT
infrastructure, and contracting projects. He has successfully executed and implemented several notable
mega-scale projects, including for the Princess Noura University for Girls in Riyadh with the Consolidated
Contracting Company. He also worked as the Operations and Business Unit Manager (Deputy General
Manager) at the Kuwaiti Digital Computer Company.

Mr. Ala’a Herzallah – General Manager (IP Software Solutions)


Ala'a manages and directs all delivery functions for OPTIMIZA Intellectual Properties (IP’s). His past
experience includes CEB and e-Tech System management in North Africa and the GCC. He holds a degree in
Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University and has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of
sales and business development.
MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Mohammad Abdul Razeq – General Manager (Business Solutions)


Manages and directs the Business Solutions unit at OPTIMIZA. Holds Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering
and has over (15) years of working experience in the ICT field in the region covering all areas of Business
Development, IT and Business Consulting, Software Development, and System Integration. Started with CNS
(Digital Systems) in the UAE and then moved to Jordan in 2000 to join CEB as Oracle Group Manager, and
RealSoft as Managing Partner. Worked with EJADA Systems in Saudi Arabia as Banking Sales Manager, and
Estarta as commercial sector director for the Middle East.

Mr. Emad Abdulhadi – General Manager (Infrastructure Solutions)


Emad is responsible for overall business infrastructure, including services, hardware, and technology licenses
solutions. He has more than 13 years of experience in the fields of Information Technology, Information Systems
Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Finance. He worked as the CEO of Posta-
Plus, a regional postal and courier company based in Kuwait, and was also the Information Systems Manager at
ARAMEX headquarters in Amman, with many successful projects in the Middle East, Europe, and the Indian
subcontinent. Emad holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Jordan

Mr. Omar Halaseh – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)


Omar is responsible for developing the technology strategy across the OPTIMIZA network. He holds a
Master’s degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor degree in Electrical
Engineering from Jordan University.
Omar has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, design, development, and
consultancy with international companies such as Oracle and Accenture. He is also an accomplished
business solution architect and designer and has delivered successful large-scale ERP and CRM systems
implementations.
