We pleased to quote for building contract rate, including materials Ground floor 1980
Marking and earthwork excavation as per the “GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION” drawing
from the structural consultant.
The earth work excavation to be done by mechanically/manually.
Prepare and Laying of Dual Sand as per the recommended 100mm depth from theGOOD
FOR CONSTRUCTION drawing,
Prepare and Laying of PCC 1:2:4 Mix – 100mm thick / Suggested Mix ratio as per
the GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION drawing,
Prepare and Fabricate the reinforcement by ISI-TMT Bars satisfies the requirement of
ASTM (American standards for testing of Materials) .
Prepare and Laying of Concrete for Footings / Piling / Columns and Plinth beams by
RCC 1:1.5:3(M20) and 1:1:2 (M25) Mix / Suggested Mix ratio as per the GOOD FOR
CONSTRUCTION drawing,
2. Basement Stage:-
Preparation of Brickwork for a basement level Using first class bricks in CM 1:6 With
necessary pointing.
Basement height will be followed by 600mm to 1000mm from ground level
Preparing the basement by filling available excavated earth/ Appropriate backfilling
material with necessary consolidation.
Preparation and application of ATT (Anti-/termite Treatment) to sub structures.
Prepare and Laying of basement flooring by PCC 1:2:4 Mix – 100mm Thick /
SuggestedMix ratio as per the “GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION” drawing.
Providing and Laying of Concrete for Columns /Cut Lintels, Chajja and Sunshades by
RCC 1:1.5:3(M20) and 1:1:2 (M25) Mix / Suggested Mix ratio as per the GOOD FOR
CONSTRUCTION drawing,
Preparation of Brickwork for a basement level Using first class bricks in CM 1:6 for
230mm thick walls and CM: 1:4 for 115mm thick partition walls with necessary pointing.
Staircase handrail will be provided with steel grill handrails up to a height of 750mm.
All the window openings will contain necessary sunshades, which will be 600mm wide
and length 450mm more than the length of the window.
Prepare the roof slab by using Clean shuttering Sheets {2’x3’) with Flat surfaces with
adequate (brazing) supports.
Standard height of roof slab 3m will be provided, if requires exceed in height will be
charges extra.
Parapet wall will be of 115mm thick brick wall in C.M.1:4.upto 900mm height
Providing and Laying of Concrete for Roof by RCC 1:1.5:3(M20) and 1:1:2 (M25)
Mix / Suggested Mix ratio as per the GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION drawing,
Necessary Curing period applied for Roof slabs Min 10 days max 15 days .
Deshuttering for columns&beam minimum 1day.
Roof slab shuttering removed after achieved 70% strength of Concrete ( At least
minimum after 10 to 14 days )
Cut lintel&chajja will be provided. Steel reinforcement for the lintel beam and chajja
will be done as per the structural design given.
Loft will be provided as shown in the plan of 50mm thick in R.C.C. 1:2:4 in bedroom
and kitchen. Bedroom will contain a wardrobe as shown in the plan.
5. Carpentry Stage:-
Prepare the Maindoor by 3’3” X 7’0” IN Size by a TEAK Wood with necessary
Varnishing or polishing.
All bedroom doors by a flush doorwith necessary fixings.
All Windows using UPVC frame and shutter with fiber glass.
All toilet / Service rooms door will be provided by PVC Materials.
Fabrication and fixing of necessary grill fixing for Windows by 12 Sq.mm bars.
6. Plumbing Stage :-
Prepare all the water Lines and Sanitary lines using ISI Pipe materials.
Necessary standard points in toilets such as Wall mixer /Geyser/Service taps /Shower
arm from a Metrofor Sanitary wares.
EWC in Attached toilet and IWC in Common toilets and 1 Washbasin provision for
each dwelling unit.and 1 point will be given for Washing Machine.
7. Electrical Stage :-
Prepare and wall chasing for all the Necessary electrical provision with Anchor / Finolex
pipe materials.
Extra points will be considered such as AC Provision for Living &MasterBedroom.
Provision of switches from the Anchor / Roma products.

10. Flooring:-
Flooring will be provided by Vitrified tiles size 600mm x 600mm @rate of Rs. 50/-
per Sq.ft. and skirting will be same vitrified tiles of height 100mm.
Kitchen Wall tiles will be laying above 600mm from kitchen platform stage. Toilet
wall tiles laying up to 2.1m from FFL.
Kitchen and Bathroom wall tiles @ rate of Rs. 40/- per Sq.ft.
Staircase area terracotta or Anti–skid tile flooring – (Rough) is Option able will be
provided.
Kitchen plot form finishing with Granite and SS Sink provided along with drain board.
Loft will be provided as shown in the plan of 50mm thick in R.C.C. 1:2:4 in bedroom
and kitchen.
