I. INTRODUCTION
“Fitness” is an important indicator of one’s physical and mental functioning. In particular, good Health-related
Physical Fitness (including cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, as well as body
composition) is related to lower rates of cardiovascular diseases, better sleep quality, mood, and quality of life. Health-
related physical fitness and skill-related physical fitness are the two categories of physical fitness that are most frequently
recognized. Physical exercise ranging from moderate to strenuous is a sign of health-related fitness. People who tend not
to exercise at high intensities are better suited for health-related fitness. Activities pertaining to health and fitness can be
included into routines that are frequently described as lifestyle pursuits. On the other hand, skill-related physical fitness
encompasses both physical performance-related and health-related elements. For those who can and want to perform at a
high level, skill-related fitness is the best option, but because it necessitates high-intensity training and exercise, it is not
as popular with most people.
IV. CONCLUSION
The benefits of doing the SRF and HRF can be felt by the body. Engaging in those activities promotes a more
active and healthy physique. However, not everyone is able to do all of those activities because some people only have
permission to complete light exercise because they have asthma or heart problems and cannot move vigorously or
undertake heavy exercise. It's normal to experience some pain following those activities; this is only our body's way of
responding to the exercises we performed. It will work better if we continue it while following a healthy diet. Our mental
health benefits from letting go of or reducing stress and anxieties. .Many people no longer engage in any activities related
to fitness. We take the significance of physical activity for granted, even if we are aware of its health advantages and
relevance. Sadly, a lot of young people no longer participate in physical activities. This could be because of your youth,
your incapacity to perform things effectively, or your existing state of health. Maintaining physical health and fitness can
help you cope with life's responsibilities and stressors. It helps you become a better version of yourself, builds your self-
esteem, and defines your self-concept, all of which are things that come with age. Exercises related to health and fitness
are essential for an individual's overall growth. Fitness activity selection is typically influenced by an individual's age,
skill, and interests. Engaging in health-related activities helps you maintain cardiovascular fitness and slow down the
aging process. There are two types of physical fitness: skill-based and health-related. Your capacity to carry out physical
duties effectively in relation to a certain sport is referred to as skill-related fitness, whilst your daily activities are referred
to as health-related fitness.

I. INTRODUCTION
Health-related fitness (HRF) is theoretically defined as a multidimensional construct containing the components

fitness (SRF) is a component of physical fitness related to sports or occupational performance. The six components of
skill-related fitness include agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed. Exercise is a bodily activity
that enhances our physical fitness and maintains overall health and wellness, while physical activity is any movement of
the body that uses energy. A person who is free from illnesses, can do physical or sports activities, and still has the extra
energy to do more activities is considered to be physically fit.
III. ANALYSIS
As I performed those activities, I noticed that it was tiring, and my breath became heavier and faster as I performed
them all, but I could feel my muscles and joints stretching. But I noticed that not all the activities are tiring; there are some
activities where you only need to stretch your body, be active or fast, or jump three times. In every exercise, I can feel the
different effects on my body, especially the day after I perform those exercises. I can feel pain in my back, hips, legs, and
shoulders. I think it's because I'm doing it again after a long time. I can say that if it's your first time doing those activities,
you can feel pain. It's because of the movements that you do that are new to your body or muscles. Your muscles and
joints are still getting used to it; that's why you can feel some pain when doing it for the first time. You can feel pain in
your body when you do full-strength exercises or when you do those exercises with your strength and muscles for a long
period of time. But as time goes by and you still continue doing those activities and exercises, your body becomes familiar
with them, and you don't feel much tired or get easily tired while doing them. But in addition to the pain I can feel after
doing those exercises, I can also feel that my body has become lighter or more active. I can say that my joints and muscles
did stretch, and it's giving me a good and light feeling. I can feel that it really helps to make my blood circulate because I
breathe normally and my energy becomes more active. Those activities also help my mental health because, while doing
them, they relieve my stress and make me enjoy them. Being active can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you
from your daily worries.
IV. CONCLUSION
Doing the HRF and SRF can really benefit the body. Performing those activities helps our body be more active and
healthy. But not all people can perform all those exercises because there are some people who have heart disease or
asthma and are not allowed to move vigorously or to do heavy exercise; they are only allowed to do light exercises.
Feeling some pain after doing those activities is normal; it just proves that our body is reacting to the exercises we did. If
we continue it with a proper diet, it will be more effective. It also helps our mental health to reduce or forget our stress or
worries. Overall, I can say that health-related fitness activities are really good for our health, both physically and mentally.
