professionality of afore-mentioned testing itself within the scope and amount of the testing
fee received, Intertek does not and will not accept any other obligation or liability.

7.If the Client has any questions about the test results, Intertek B&C should be informed
within the storage period of the samples. The sample storage period ends 5 working days
after the offical report issue date. Samples of certification program are retained for the
period required by the certification rules. The samples storage period shall be calculated
according to the issue date of the original report in the case of quoting results and modifying
reports.

8.Intertek B&C will service this report for the entire test record retention period. The test
record retention period ends 6 years after this report original issue date. The test record
retention period for certification program is 10 years. Test records and other pertinent
project documentation will be retained for the entire test record retention period.

The ONETHATCH PALM (NIPA) COMPOSITE THATCH identified in this report met the
Test Conclusion requirements of Class A of Spread of Flame Test in ASTM E108-20 Standard Test Methods for
Fire Test of Roof Coverings at 5:12 slope when applied to a non-combustible deck.
Note:
1.This report does not involve sampling. The report only reflects conformity of the tested items of the samples provided by
the testing applicant. Representativeness and authenticity of the submitted samples are responsibilities of the testing
applicant.

Test Items, Method and Results:
The tests were conducted in accordance with ASTM E108-20 Standard Test Methods for Fire Tests of Roof
Coverings. This product is being evaluated for application over a non-combustible surface only, therefore only the
spread of flame tests were conduted.
1.1 Spread-of-flame Test

At no time during or after the tests shall:

a) Any portion of the roof covering material be


blown or fall off the test deck in the form of
flaming or glowing brands that continue to glow
after reaching the floor;

b) The roof deck be exposed (except for roof


coverings restricted to use over noncombustible
deck), or portions of the roof deck fall away in the
form of particles that continue to glow after
