    Suspect COVID –
    Fever, head ache, cough, sore throat, body pain, loss of smell , shortness of breath

    CAN BE MANAGED AT HOME High risk cases:

     Age >65years
    Step 1:
     Blood pressure
    Isolate
     Diabetes
     pregnancy
     Isolate
    Separate room Step 2:
    TREATMENT AT HOME
     Mask at home
    patientt
     Separate bathroom
     Separate vessels Lab Test:
     Sanitizer Tab. DOLO 650mg – three times daily. Please do on Day 1 and
     Frequent hand wash Cap. BECOZINC– two times daily Day 5:
    Tab. AZITHRMYCIN 500mg – once daily
    Tab. TAYO 60 K --- one tablet daily for 4 days  CBP
    Tab. LIMCEE 500mg---- twice daily  CRP
    Things to be kept ready: Tab. EASY AIR --- twice daily  Sr. Ferritin
    Tab. RANTAC 150mg --- twice daily  D. Dimer
     Pulse oximeter --- to  Sr.Creatinine
    check oxygen in blood.

     Glucometer-- if diabetes
    If cough persist:
     Nasal cannula-- for
    oxygen Tab. N- acetyl cysteine-600mg --- two times daily.
    Syp. Ascoril----- 5ml twice daily.
     Thermometer – for Tab. Dexamethazone 4mg --- twice daily (for 5 days)& No diabetes
    temperature Tab. Aspirin 75 mg ----- once daily.
    Tab.Atorvastatin 40 mg ---- once daily.
     Oxygen cylinder or
    Oxygen concentrator.
    If symptoms getting bad:
    If no relief
    Inj.Clexane 40 unit – under skin(subcutaneous
    Take to
    similar to that how we give insulin)
    hospital
    Continue Oxygen.

    Important tips:
     Be positive and happy, read books and recite Quran/holy books/ Do prayers. No watsapp/No news.
     Keep PULSE OXIMETER ready---check oxygen every 4 hours ( it should be 95%—99%), if falling need oxygen-use
    nasal cannula do not use mask.
     Check temperature every 6 hours.
     Avoid heavy diet---use soya bean, Milk, lot of water.
     steam inhalation and warm water gargling every 4 hours.
