report, information on the operational status of our Barangay. It is about the
financial status, accomplishment report, report of barangay compliance to national
laws and issuance or related information (Barangay/Local Officials) concerned.

d. Anti-Illegal Drugs Initiatives

The Governments determined Nationwide Campaign


Against Illegal Drugs. Barangay are the first line of defense to lead the
fight against illegal drugs. In that, the Barangay activate Barangay
Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) in order to conduct information and
education campaign, organize forum, seminars and related activities
on prevention and demand reduction and encourage the support of
the interfaith leaders to incorporate anti-illegal drugs advocacy in
their service.

 BADAC Members were participated the Celebration of the
International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking
(IDDAIT) last June 27, 2022.
 Barangay Council, BADAC Members and SK were conducted
drugs awareness campaign last August 10, 2022.

SYMPOSIUM. PARTICIPANTS ARE WOMENS ASSOCIATION, RELIGIOUS GROUP KKDAT, LGBTQ AND YOUTH
TAKEN AUGUST 10, 2022 IN THE AFTERNOON HELD AT THE BARANGAY HALL, LUMBOCAN, BUTUAN CITY.
SCHOOL-BASED IEC CAMPAIGN ON ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUGS SYMPOSIUM. PARTICIPANTS ARE THE GRADE 9
STUDENTS OF LUMBOCAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TAKEN AUGUST 10, 2022 IN THE AFTERNOON HELD AT
THE BARANGAY HALL, LUMBOCAN, BUTUAN CITY.
SK COUNCIL CONCDUCTED DRUGS AWARENESS SYMPOSIUM LAST AUGUST 10, 2022 IN THE AFTERNOON
HELD AT THE BARANGAY HALL, LUMBOCAN, BUTUAN CITY. PARTICIPANTS ARE KKDAT, LGBTQ, GRADE 9
STUDENTS AND YOUTH WOMENS ASSOCIATION TOGETHER WITH THE CITY HEALTH PERSONNEL AND PNP
STATION 3 PCp1 RISHYL JEN C ANGOTAS.

 Last 2019, Barangay Lumbocan is one of the Drug Cleared


Barangay for the Drug Clearing Program. This program
provides the public more comprehensive platform of information
on the harm reduction initiatives like Community Based Drug
Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP), that intervention for
surrendering drug users and pushers to help them re-integrate in
the society and become productive citizens. With this program,
the Barangay encourage all the Drug Watch list to participate the
CBDRP and other intervention program conducted by the
BADAC, CADAC, PNP, City Health, DOH and PDEA.

CBDRP Moving up Ceremony, only 27 PWUD’s completers


CBDRP Graduation Ceremony, only 20 PWUD’s were received
certificate of completion last November 18, 2021. Recently, last
September 22, 2022 at Barangay Imadejas Convention, only 5
PWUD’s who were comply the intervention program out of 70
drug watch list in the barangay.
 The Barangay Council together with the PDEA personnel and
PNP Station 3 will be conducting house visit for those non-
participative drug watch list in the barangay and 2nd round for
CBDRP as one of the requirements for the retention of drug
clearing program.

 The Punong Barangay, Barangay Secretary, RRDO, SK Chair


and Committee Chair on Peace and Order and VAWC attending
seminars related to illegal drugs.
 Last December 2021 Barangay Lumbocan awarded as the High
functionality with the average of 90.5 % and last August 18, 2022
also received the High Functionality with the average of 97%
during the BADAC Assessment.

 Participation of the International Women’s Month Celebration –
due to COVID-19 pandemic health protocol implementation, the
participants of the opening of the said celebration was limited to 8-
12 persons per barangay.
 Participation of PNP and Butuan City Capability Training on
Violence against Women and Children (VAWC) last March 29,
2022 at Balanghai Hotel and Convention
 Participation of Women’s at the City Agri-boost symposium at SM
Butuan last March 30, 2022
 Orientation Seminar on Gender Inequality/Social Problems RA
9262 (Anti Violence against Women and Children) and RA 9710
(Magna Carta for Women). Conducted last October 13, 2022
participated by Purok residents and Barangay Tanod. Facilitated by
CSWD, City Legal Office and Gender and Development City
Office.
 Orientation Seminar on Basic GAD Laws and Policies in Magna
Carta of Women/Responsible Sexuality Symposium of City
Population Office was conducted last October 13, 2022. 40
Students of Lumbocan National High School Participants.
 Senior Citizen Week Celebration conducted last October 7, 2022 at
Lumbocan Covered Court
 PWD Oath taking and Induction Ceremony/Orientation on PWD
Laws and Privileges conducted last October 21, 2022
 Solo Parent Orientation and Oath Taking and Induction Ceremony
conducted last October 26, 2022.
 Effectiveness Parents Enhancement Seminar will be conducting on
November 11, 2022.
 Mass Feeding last October 26, 2022 at Barangay Hall
 Punong Barangay and Secretary were attended Orientation on RA
11313 (Safety Spaces) last October 12, 2022 at Grand Palace
Hotel, Butuan City.

g. Kick-off: Simultaneous Nationwide Tree Planting Activity


 Last September 26, 2022 Barangay Council together with the
Barangay Tanod and Health workers were participated the
Nationwide Tree Planting at Barangay Tree park.
