Test 4
Questions and Answers Booklet

Instructions

This test contains 12 question sets. Each question set contains 4 questions in which you will
have to assign a figure to either 'Set A' or 'Set B'. The test will last 12 minutes and you will
have one minute per question set.

You will need to work both quickly and accurately to perform well in this test. It may be that
you run out of time, this is perfectly fine, just try and answer as many questions as
accurately as you can. When the time limit runs out, the test will skip to the next question
set. Any selected answers will be submitted and any un-attempted questions will count as
incorrect.

For each question set, you will be presented with 10 diamond figures with a set of 9 numbers
and/or letters inside of each one. Six of these figures have already been assigned to either
Set A or Set B (indicated by the colours of the figure's extremities). You must find the rules
that determine why each figure has been assigned to either set, and then use the rules to
assign the remaining 4 figures displayed at the bottom.

Try to find a time and place where you will not be interrupted during the test. The test will
begin on the next page.
