    Get Smart 22.03.2024


    1. Rhythmic Revelry (Dance)
    ➢ Only Group Dance is allowed.
    ➢ Minimum of 6 and maximum of 8 participants in a team.
    ➢ Maximum duration for a song is 4 mins.
    ➢ Any properties can be used related to dance.
    ➢ Only Karaoke is allowed.
    ➢ The participant should send their audio clip (format: Mp3, File name: Team
    Name_Event Name_College) to scadcetgetsmart@gmail.com on or before
    21.03.2024.
    ➢ Any form of vulgarity will lead to Disqualification.

    2. Elite Executive (Best Manager)


    ➢ Maximum of 5 participants from each college.
    ➢ Three rounds will be conducted (Test, GD & Presentation).
    ➢ Topic for the presentation will be given on the spot.
    ➢ Duration for speech is 3 mins.

    3. Maestro Mind (Business Quiz)


    ➢ 2 participants for a team.
    ➢ One team from each college.
    ➢ The participants will not be allowed to use mobile or any other electronic instruments.
    ➢ Replacement of any participant in a team will not be allowed after registration.
    ➢ In case of a tie between 2 or more teams, another round will be conducted to select the
    winner.
    ➢ The decision of the quiz-master will be final.

    4. Adflair (Ad zap)


    ➢ Minimum of 5 participants to maximum of 7 participants per team.
    ➢ Topic will be given on the spot.
    ➢ Maximum duration 7 mins (Preparation time 5 mins + Presentation time 2 mins).
    5. Stride Stroll (Corporate Fashion) Theme: Professional Elegance: Redefining
    Corporate Fashion
    ➢ One team from each college.
    ➢ Minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 participants in a team.
    ➢ Maximum duration 2 mins.
    ➢ Only Karaoke is allowed.
    ➢ Any properties can be used related to Corporate Fashion.
    ➢ The participant should send their audio clip (format: Mp3, File name: Team
    Name_Event Name_College) to scadcetgetsmart@gmail.com on or before
    21.03.2024.
    ➢ Any form of vulgarity will lead to Disqualification.
    ➢ The decision of the judges will be final.

    6. BizSpark (Business Plan)


    ➢ Each team should have minimum of 2 members and maximum of 4 members.
    ➢ Business plan presentation must be presented within 5 minutes.
    ➢ Presentation can be presented through either PPT or handmade (charts, demo, etc.)
    videos are not allowed.

    7. Sketchtures (Drawing)
    ➢ Maximum of 5 participant in a college
    ➢ Participants must bring their own materials.
    ➢ Theme will be given on the spot.
    ➢ Maximum duration is 1 hour.

    8. Mingle Bingo (Connections)


    ➢ Only 2 participants for a team is allowed.
    ➢ Three rounds will be conducted.
    ➢ Game will be based on words and connecting images/pictures.

    9. Zigzag Zone (Spot Hunt)


    ➢ It is based on first-come first-serve basis. (only ten teams who register their names
    first will be selected).
    ➢ Only one team from a college is permitted.
    ➢ 5 members for each team.
    ➢ Maximum duration is 30 mins.

    Get Smart 22.03.2024
    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Please complete your online registration by making a payment through Payment QR

    Code (GPAY) and uploading a screenshot as proof of payment.

    2. Kindly register and confirm yourself/your team through registration QR Code on or

    before 20.03.2024 (Wednesday).

    3. Participants are requested to report at the registration desk by 8.30 am on the day of

    the event.

    4. Kindly adhere to the event instructions regarding the number of participants.

    5. The venue will be announced at the registration counter on the day of the event.

    6. In case of any emergency/clarification, kindly request you to approach the concerned

    student/staff coordinators.

    7. The participants are requested to bring their own materials for the respective events.

    8. Participants should carry their own identity proofs. (college ID/Bonafede certificate)

    9. The GETSMART’2024 participation certificate will be issued to all the participants

    within a week of time.

    10. Students will need to make their own lunch arrangements. Canteen facility is

    available (Pay & Use Basis).

    11. Lunch will be provided for staff coordinators.

    12. Violation of rules and any form of vulgarity will lead to disqualification.

    13. The decision of judges will be final.

    14. Rs. 100/- Registration Fee for each participant.
