List of tallest buildings in Bangladesh ranks skyscrapers in Bangladesh based on official
height. Most of the high-rise buildings in Bangladesh are in the capital Dhaka. More than
1000 high-rise buildings are already constructed in Bangladesh.[1]Most high-rises exists in
capital city Dhaka.

City Centre Dhaka, Bangladesh


City Centre is the tallest building ever built in Bangladesh. It is at the heart of Motijheel, in
the commercial centre of Dhaka and is in close proximity to the city's Zero Point. Topped
out, this office complex is expected to serve as a "city within a city" and will offer several
features, more than any other building in Dhaka

Facilities

City Centre Bangladesh is the first building in Bangladesh to offer multistory car parking.
Considering the acute shortage of parking space in the city, the building will offer ten floors
exclusively for parking. It is earthquake resistant and fully equipped with firefighting
equipment. It is the first building in Bangladesh to have considered natural disasters as an
issue in construction. Other features of City Centre include room for a small indoor
convention centre and recreational area, as well as a wide atrium filled with greenery. The
building is constructed for commercial use but is open to the public. It is made with the
public in mind. For example, City Centre features 'Glasshouse', a premier restaurant open to
the city. City Centre Bangladesh has 37 floors with ten devoted to parking

Location

City Centre will be an ideal corporate destination for the employer and the employee. City
Centre has been placed at a spot where it is easy for financial institutions to access banking
services. Bangladesh Bank is the most significant financial institution in the country, and its
proximity to City Centre highlights the convenience for the everyday office worker

City Bank Tower


City Bank Tower is a tall high-rise located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Motijheel,
the central business district of the metropolis. It rises up to a height of 109.33 meters
(358.69 ft) and comprises a total of 34 floors. It houses the headquarters of City Bank
Limited, the premier financial institution of the country. City Bank Tower is one of the tallest
high-rises that the city got. Currently, it is the second tallest skyscraper in Dhaka.

BRAC University
BRAC University is a private university in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The university was
established by BRAC in 2001 under the Private University Act 1992. Sir Fazle Hasan Abed,
KCMG is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of BRAC University. It rises up to a
height of 100 metres (328 ft) and comprises a total of 23 floors.

Eastern Federal Credit Union Insurance Building


Eastern Federal Credit Union Insurance Building is a tall Building located
in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Motijheel, the central business district of the
metropolis. It rises up to a height of 101 metres (331 ft) and comprises a total of 27 floors. It
houses the headquarters of Eastern Federal Credit Union Insurance. The Building is one of
the earliest high-rises that the city got. Built in 1972, it was the tallest building in Bangladesh
until 1985, when Bangladesh Bank Building completed out at 101 metres (331 ft). Currently,
it is the third tallest skyscraper in Bangladesh

Concord Grand
Concord Grand is a mixed-use building located at 169/1, Shantinogor, Dhaka-
1217, Bangladesh. It is one of the tallest buildings in Dhaka with a height of 80.39m
(263.74feet) constructed by Concord Group. The building has 25 floors, which are used for
commercial and residential purposes
