No . 1 Your objectives of To improve my skill set and knowledge across varied joining KSIDC: sectors including branding & marketing, finance, and others. My humble intention was to leverage my then existing skill set effectively towards the realization of the organization's objectives, thereby facilitating mutual growth—both professionally and personally. The intention was also to showcase my commitment to contribute meaningfully to the Corporation's mission while concurrently fostering my development as an individual within the organizational framework and the broader societal context. 2 Expectations: In the long term, I envision reaching a role of responsibility within the Corporation, playing a pivotal role in shaping the long-term objectives of the Corporation and driving sustainable growth. By leveraging my experience and skillset, I aim to spearhead innovative projects that not only propel the organization forward but also contribute positively to the broader societal landscape. Ultimately, I aspire to establish impactful initiatives that foster industrial development in the State. 3 The work done and Work Done: knowledge acquired during probation Assisted in works related to the processing / period: sanctioning the sponsorship and advertisements requests from various media houses, as a part of the inhouse promotional activities Assisted in wide ran redressal related queries and LA questions Assisted in organizing & participating in the 60+ events of the IP division with the prominent ones being Regional Industry Meet, Bio Connect, Pioneering Growth Investor Conclave, FDDI Sectoral Meet (Footwear), Logistics Consultative Forum, Semicon India 2023, GMIS 2023, TIM 2023, etc. Assisted in preparing the annual plan proposal document and entrepreneurs in resolving the issues faced by them Insights on the 22 priority sectors of the State Inter departmental coordination with agencies like DIC Hands on experience in branding and promotional work 4 Output and outcome: Some of the key outputs and outcomes of the IP Division among others are as below:
Steps initiated to touch base with prospective investors
to bring investments to the State (As a result, investments to the tune of Rs. 890 Crores is in the anvil) Steps initiated to change the perception of the State to one of investor friendly destination (As a result, Stark, MD Niche, Invest Kerala website etc. have been engaged and various out to many prospective investors, prepared policy documents etc.) The other activities of IP division also have been undertaken in a timebound manner, yielding positive outcomes. 5 Exceptional As a part of the relentless follow up, could ensure the contributions made, if GO for by– IP multiple times for the successful conduct any: of various events
6 Future plan of action: In the forthcoming period, I plan to put in my efforts
towards fostering investment inflows to the State. This will include engagement with prospective investors via networking, event participation other Government related policy matters etc. Additionally, I wish to also enhance my knowledge across various activities of the Corporation. 7 Areas of improvement As such, trainings on people management, soliciting client and suggestions: feedback, soft building, leadership skills etc. is expected to assist in improving the performance in the Corporation.
