Use NT ID/Agency Code & Password For Login

• For employees, use your NT ID as user ID & NT password


(one which is used for MS Teams login) to login into BizzBuzz

• For partners, use your agency code as user ID & mobility

login) to login into BizzBuzz

• In case employees are facing any errors regarding password then


please follow following steps:
1.Visit: https://selfservice.hdfclife.com/HDFCL_CA/MSelfHelp/AccountUnlockAndPassReset.aspx to
reset password through internet

2. Enter Login ID [NT ID], Image Text and click on 'Verify' to receive OTP on your registered number.

3. After entering OTP, click on 'Validate' to reset the password [temporarily]

4. Post setting temporary password, visit

5. Enter username and temporary password to login and set permanent password.

6.Enter temporary password in the 1st line & permanent password in the 2nd & 3rd Line to set
login password
