do not yet meet all the selection criteria.

If you are already working in the field in which you are studying, this could be a promotional
opportunity or transfer. If you are not yet working in the field in which you are studying this role

Part 4: Professional Development Plan
Complete this part of the task individually
1. Using your self-evaluation and feedback forms from colleagues/peers (Part 3), review your
learning needs and complete a plan which will allow you to develop the capabilities required
in the role you want to apply for. Use the “Professional Development” Template included
below.
2. A minimum of five (5) skill gaps should be listed.

Complete this part of the task in groups of three (3) – the assessor may modify this.
3. You should identify a range of learning experiences then prioritise and plan them using the
table below. Options could include: Attend a course and/or Online course and/or learn from
a mentor and/or watch “Lynda” or similar tutorials. Within your group you should search for
appropriate options to complete your Professional Development and share your ideas.

You need to record it as complete and submit some evidence of completion to your assessor

them to provide formal feedback on your further learning needs
