CIRCULAR

It is for the information of all students of University of Haripur, that HEC Merit and Need
Based Scholarship is announced for students of University of Haripur. All the students can
apply on prescribed form available on uoh website and due date is 15-05-2024.

Eligibility criteria is as under.

a) All Students of Undergraduate Programs. (Semester 01 to Semester 07)

b) Toppers, Needy and deserving students are specially encouraged to apply.
c) Applicants must ensure to have CGPA of 2.50 or above in all semesters OR if the
student is in 1st semester then, 60% marks in F.Sc.
d) Monthly Household salary from all resources should not be more than PKR 45,000/.

Scholarships are offered for:
a) All Students of Undergraduate Programs. (Semester 01 to Semester 07)

NOT / IN-eligibility Conditions:
 Student of Diploma, Associate Degree, M.Sc, M.Phil, PhD are not eligible.
 Student availing any other scholarship are not eligible.
 That sibling student who is taking sibling fee concession from UoH is not
eligible to apply.
 DISABLE, ORPHAN who are already taking financial assistance from
University of Haripur are not eligible.
 Students who have less than 670 marks out of 1100 are not Eligible to
apply.
 Students of BS semester 08 are not eligible to apply.
Procedure
1. Go to University of Haripur website www.uoh.edu.pk, then Downloads,
then Scholarship form, then HEC Need Base Scholarship form 2023-24,
Download, Print,
OR,
Take the Printed form, from Photocopy shop
2. Fill, complete all 03 pages and attach all below mentioned documents
which are shown on page number 02.
3. On the last page, Sign yourself, Sign from parents, Sign from department
HOD / focal person of scholarships.
4. Before Submission of hard forms, Student must also apply online and
complete data and credentials in soft. Online link can be found in
Student Financial Aid office Admin Block Room 325.
5. Last date is 15-05-2024.

 Important Note for Income document
If the father / mother / guardian is,
o Govt. employee, then his / her pay slip.
o Pensioner, then his / her pension slip.
o Private job like shopkeeper, driver, mechanic, farmer etc, then go
to Go to University of Haripur website www.uoh.edu.pk, then
Downloads, then Scholarship form, then Private income certificate for
HEC Need Base Scholarship
o Download, print and photocopy this certificate on Rs. 100 stamp paper
and then write with ball pen on this stamp paper.

of form.
5. 1. NIC copy of parent(attested) staple behind page 03 of HEC Base form. Do
not staple at page 01 of form.
6. 1 Paid Fee Slip copy of last or current semester.
7. 1 copy of Transcript of last semester Fall 2023 showing CGPA or GPA of 1st
or fresh students can submit F.Sc part 2 marks sheet
8. 1 Copy of Pay slip or pension slip or private income certificate of
father / guardian.
9. 1 attested Copy of F.Sc DMC
10. 1 attested copy of domicile / form B
11. 1 Last bill of Electricity
12. 1 last bill of Gas
13. 1 last bill of PTCL / Internet (optional)
14. In case of death of father. Attach Death certificate copy
15. In case if candidate is living in rented house, then the proofs/documents
showing that house is owned by the other owner.
16. Any other document if student want to attach. (optional)
