MOUNTAINEERING AS A MODERATE TO VIGOROUS PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

RECAP FROM PREVIOUS LESSON:

MOUNTAINEERING

fitness.

 Involves a long energetic walk in a natural environment on hiking trails or footpaths for

ORIENTEERING
 An outdoor competitive sport that is similar to cross-country running but with an
emphasis on map-reading and direction-finding skills.
