    of insurance, rescue, evacuation, hospitalization
    and entry tickets.
    Other expenses such as drinks and tips are not
    included.
    Any additional expenses such as of personal
    nature.
    Additional accommodation/food costs incurred
    due to any delay travel.
    Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in
    Package Inclusions.
    Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is
    mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of
    transportation.
    Parking and monument entry fees during
    sightseeing.
    Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations,
    Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural
    calamities.

    THING TO KNOW!!
    SPITI VALLEY
    YOU ARE ON AN EXPEDITION!!
    IT'S NOT ANY OTHER LUXURY TRIP……!
    TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR EXPEDITION -:
    ● Meals will be included from the day of your stay i.e. dinner in manali. ( meals while traveling
    will not be included )
    ● Sometimes there would be a power cut and there is no generator backup due to freezing up
    of diesel but our enthusiasm shouldn't get low in that case. Rather we should bring our
    childhood days back in such situations and shout out loud with funny dialogues to guess in the
    dark who said that!!
    ● Smoking and drinking is not allowed in tempo traveler.
    ● There will be rotation everyday in the respective tempos as we all used to do in our class.
    (except coordinators)
    ● Misbehave and abusive attitude will not be tolerated at any cost. If anyone is found doing so
    then his/her trip shall be terminated there itself.
    ● Rooms will be on triple/quad sharing basis who have opted for triple as SPITI is a remote
    area where there are less number of stays available which has 5-6 rooms in it which makes it
    difficult for us to arrange more rooms.
    ● If any place is not accessible due to heavy snow or any other reason then we shall try and
    trek till that sightseeing place else we have to skip that or mold our itinerary according to the
    situation. We wish people to support our decisions at that time which will be taken on the spot
    for their welfare.
    ● Sharing in Chandratal Camps will be allotted on TRIPLE/QUAD basis only. The sharing opted by
    you won't be applicable at chandratal stay as it is a remote area with no network and village
    around and less number of camps available there.
    ● For a change when stays are not available at Chandratal camps then we explore chandratal
    lake and stay will be provided at SISSU or JISPA in Lahaul. Though we don't have sissu or jispa in
    our itinerary, we will make lahaul a part of the trip in such cases.
    ● Nobody is allowed to enter anybody's room without their permission.

    blood and sweat, we have achieved a
    name and a place in between Spiti
    Lovers. But all this wouldn't have

    PACKAGE COST

    Triple sharing - INR 11,999/- per person

    Double Sharing - INR 13,999/- per person

    PAYMENT POLICY
    The booking sum is Rs. 3000/- seat.
    Seats are booked on a first-come-first-served
    basis.
    The rest of the sum is to be paid in 2 parts 50% to
    be paid 3 days prior the trip date (Through Bank
    Transfer) and balance 50% to be paid at the time
    of departure only in cash.
    If we haven't received the 50% of the amount 3
    days prior the trip then we are liable to release
    your seat and booking amount will be non
    refundable in that case.
    CANCELLATION POLICY

    100% REFUND POLICY CASES -:


    1. Cancellation or shift of booking can be done only 20
    days before the trip date. Under this policy 100%
    refund will be generated within 24 hours.
    2. Switching of date depends upon the availability we
    will have on our future travel dates within 6 months
    of the booking date.
    3. Travel restrictions from government side.

    NON - REFUNDABLE CASES -:


    1. Any one who wants to cancel after 20 days (in any
    case).
    2. Whosoever has booked after 20 days of the
    cancellation period, is not liable to get any refund.
    3. Those who have booked 2 or 3 days before the trip
    date as well!
