To determine the biodegradability of "BIO-SOLV" by activities of aerobic
microorganisms.

Method
OECD 30lC -Evaluation of Aerobic Biodegradability in Aqueous Mediurn; (Determining
the Oxygen Demand by Enclosed RespirometerTest)

Test Condition
I Inoculum
The microbial inoculum was an activated sludge from laboratory cultured activated
sludge.
The activated sludge was a mixture of 10 sites collected from rivers, sewagetreatment
plants, lake and seasand cultured in control condition.

Basalmedium
Basalmediumwaspreparedaccordingto the compositiongivenin OECD 301C-MITI
I guidelines.

Sarnplepreparation
Six bottlesofeach vesselcontainingthe respectivecontentswereprepared;
