1. Connect the lifting device to the engine and lower the engine into the engine compartment.

2. Install the engine mounting screws. See Engine mounting, tightening torque.
NOTE!
Pay attention to the positioning of the brackets, cushions, and mounting screws (front/rear) when assembling.

3. Connect the main wire harness connectors and install the cover.

4. Connect the connectors to the fuel filter and the water separator.

8. Install the air conditioner compressor and belt

Fix the muffler with U-bolts.
Tightening torque: see Inlet and exhaust system, tightening torques.

10. Connect the air inlet hose and install the clamps.
Tightening torque: see Inlet and exhaust system, tightening torques.

17. Install the shroud to the radiator assembly.

18. Connect the radiator under hose and charge air cooler tube.

20. Install the expansion tank and connect the hoses and connectors.

21. Install the engine hood with engine room cowl frame.

23. Fill the coolant. See Coolant, change.

NOTE!
If the machine has been equipped with a new or overhauled engine, the central system must be updated and the control unit’s
software bust be programmed.

24. Start VCADS Pro and run 17057-3 Central systems, updating, replace component.

25. Start VCADS Pro and run 28423-3 MID 128 ECU, programming.

26. Bleed the fuel system. See Fuel system, bleeding.

27. Start the engine, warm up, and check that there are no leaks.

28. Install the engine room under covers.
