The piece of evidence I chose to zone in for is our Confronting Anti-Blackness and
Racism training. The motto at our school is "every child is a blessing" and this is just
one way that we live by our motto. This motto is also something that I carry with me
everyday when I come to work because sometimes students get hard to deal with,
and having a positive way to look at them regardless of the things they might be
throwing your way is very motivating.
