Removing/dismantling of old & outlived APP bitumen membrane of any thickness already fixed to terrace / floor and
making the surface good by scrapping brushing the remains of membrane, and disposing of the removed membrane,

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of
3 unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.: In cement mortar (Worn out 40.00 cum
brickbat coba in patches as per the direction of EIC)
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for
treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement
using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by
Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface
before treatment.
(b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5
(1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by
Engineerin-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water
proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge to required slope and treating similarly
the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.
4 (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with 380.00 sqm
water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.
(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with
water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre
cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and
making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for
final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :With
average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

6 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) 10.00 cum
Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing
membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen
membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity
70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and
7 preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint 4050.00 sqm
strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and
transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C
when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised
applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to

the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
9 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 1240.00 sqm
Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down
10 gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : 300.00 m
In 75x75 mm deep chase
Removing the existing sealant & baker rod from the joints and cleaning the joint of glazing/ACP & or adjecent
11 ACP/RCC/ masonry or such locations properly by removing the dust, dirt, oil, laintance,loose part etc.and cuting open 700.00 m
in sqaure including the scaffolding , for all heights complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling the joint between ACP & or adjecent ACP/RCC/ masonry properly by Dr.Fixit Hybrid Sealant "HY 300" or
12 equivalent for all heights complete as per the manufacturers specification and as per the directions of Engineer-In- 100.00 m
Charge.
Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum
work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per
13 architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540- F & ISO 490.00 m
11600.Upto 20 mm depth and 20 mm width.

Providing and applying one coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal primer or equivalent then one coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat WPC or
equivalent and then one coat Dr. Fixit Raincoat Select or equivalent of as per the manufacturer's specification and as
14 per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The work has to be carried out by authorized applicator of the manufacturer. 640.00 sqm

Finishing walls with premium smooth exterior paint of ICI Dulux Weather Shield Max or Asian Paints Apex Ultima or
equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in required shade for all heights, including ,requied manpower,
scafolding etc, cleaning of surface etc all complete : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and
15 including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). 4820.00 sqm
Note: Plane area shall be measured for payment. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of roughness of surface
etc.

Finishing walls with premium smooth exterior paint of ICI Dulux Weather Shield Max or Asian Paints Apex Ultima or
equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in required shade for all heights, including ,requied manpower,
scafolding etc, cleaning of surface etc all complete : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on
16 existing cement paint surface. 4220.00 sqm
Note: Plane area shall be measured for payment. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of roughness of surface
etc.

Applying Chemistik crack seal white caulking compound on cracks more than 1 mm thick with chasing it to 7.5 mm
wide and 7.5 mm depth by making v groove follwed by applying 10 cm wide three coats of Chemistik pro decor super
17 of required shade to match existing shade as per manufacturers specification for all heights, including ,requied 700.00 m
manpower, scafolding etc, cleaning of surface etc all complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the
patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including
18 disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 200.00 sqm
(1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and
19 preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 4820.00 sqm

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes
20 of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) for all heights, including ,requied manpower, scafolding 50.00 sqm
etc, cleaning of surface etc all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for all heights,
21 including ,requied manpower, scafolding etc, cleaning of surface etc all complete. : Two or more coats on new work 210.00 sqm

Extra for works carried out plastering/painting exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every
22 additional height of 3 m or part thereof. 250.00 sqm

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's
specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete for all heights,

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means,
