Instructions for the preparation of Project Report (Follow strictly)

1. Prepare “number of group members+1”,. One copy will be submitted in the Institute
with sprial binding.
2. The front page of report must be in provided format, one such page must be the
beginning page of the report. The background color of report is strictly cream.
3. Page Number should be mentioned on every page after the index page.
4. Figure caption should be mentioned below the figure as Figure-3.1: Caption (align
center) if it is the first figure of chapter 3.
5. Table caption should be mentioned above the table as Table-3.1: Caption (align
center) if it is the first table of chapter 3.
6. Do not copy any content from the internet or books except definitions. Write all the
contents only related with your project (Not Bookish Theory).
7. Mention your role in the project properly.
8. Make a CD of your Project Exe/ Source Code, Documentation (Word Format) and
Presentation (PowerPoint). Mention your Name, Class, Roll No. and Project Title on
CD by permanent marker. Enclose the CD along with CD Cover on back cover page
of the report to be submitted to the institute.
9. Do not use bullets, use numbers or alphabets to mention points in sections / sub sections
of the chapter.
10. Chapter Heading should be included before each chapter (without page number).
11. Name of Book should be mentioned in bibliography as
Douglas V. Hall, “Microprocessors and Interfacing-programming and Hardware”, 2nd
edition, Tata McGraw Hill, 2002.
12. Name of Web site should be mentioned as
Name of author/ presenter, “Topic”, URL.
