AS APPLICABLE

WORKING RULES FOR SRI VIJAY NAGAR STATION
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. GENERAL AND SUBSIDIARY RULES: -
a) The rules applicable to Electrical sections have been given in chapter – XVII of the General Rules and in the
Subsidiary Rules made there under for Electric Traction, which shall be strictly adhered to. The general
principles governing operation and maintenance of traction overhead equipment, electric locomotives and
signal & telecommunication installations, have been given in the AC Traction Manual. These rule books shall
be kept in each station and yard office and all the staff dealing with safe working shall make themselves
thoroughly familiar with the same (G. R. 17. 01 to 17.09 and SR thereto)
b) Brief references to important rules required to be followed by Station / Yard staff in their day to day work has
been given in this Appendix. These are, however, illustrative and not exhaustive.
2. GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: -
a) All staff are warned that contact with or very near approach (within 2 meters, unless protected by a screen as
per rules) to live portion of the 25 KV traction overhead equipment, is dangerous and shall be strictly avoided
(G. R. 17.04 and S.R. 17.04(1) (a).
b) No work on overhead lines or in the zone within two meters of any live equipment, shall be carried out unless
a regular ‘PERMIT TO WORK’ is obtained from the authorized traction staff and the line is made dead and
earthed as per rules (G.R. 17.04, and their S. R.and A. C. T. M. Chapter – VI (Vol.-1 General Para-10422).
Before any overhead equipment or bonding is disturbed, provisions of G. R. 17.06and SR17.03(2) shall be
complied with.
3. SECTIONING DIAGRAM / Electrical Traction working rule Diagram: -
a) A TWR drawing No-TSWR/SRPR-APG/SBNR is based on sectioning diagram no TRD/BKN/SRPR/01 R-A
and SIP NO.5992.Indicating schematically the lines, which have been equipped for electric traction,is
exhibited in SM’s room. The diagram also indicates different sections (sectors, sub-sectors and elementary
sections), the controlling switches (Isolator switches or Interrupters), Insulated
b) Overlaps and section insulators where the overhead equipment is electrically separated. The limits of an
electrical section (Sub-sector or Elementary section) are indicated by the relevant Isolator or interrupter
located at insulated overlaps for the electrical section. A copy of this diagram is also enclosed with these
special working Rules and will form part of the same.
c) For all purposes connected with train movements and power blocks, this diagram is the only authorized
document to be referred to.
d) The normal position of various switches is indicated on the diagram.
4. UNWIRED TRACKS: -
No electric locomotives with pantograph raised shall under any circumstances, be taken to an unwired section.All levers in
cabin giving access to unwired lines have a special distinguishing paint mark warning the Cabin man against setting the wired
lines for electric locos.
5. OPERATION OF SWITCHES: -
i) All switching operations shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Traction Power Controller except
in respect of switching operations for local blocks which may be carried out by the authorized traction staff, after they
have been granted local blocks by the Station Master or A. S. M. in accordance with G.R 17.04 and their SRs and ACTM
Vol-II,Part-I to Para- 20600 & 20601.
ii) In times of emergency, the authorized and trained station staff may open Isolator switches under specific instructions of
the Traction Power Controller (TPC)

EVERY STATION MASTER, ASST. STATION MASTER OR CABINMAN SHALL BE FULLY AWARE OF THE
LOCATION OF ISOLATOR SWITCHES PROVIDED FOR THE CONTOL OF POWER SUPPLY TO OVERHEAD
EQUIPMENT AT OR NEAR HIS STATION/CABIN AND SHALL BE CONVERSANT WITH THE CORRECT METHOD
OF OPENING AND CLOSING THE SAME IN AN EMERGENCY. ACTM Volume-II, Part I, Para 20624(1)

6. POSITION OF SWITCH HANDLES: -


When a switch is in the closed position, the operating handle of the switch is at the top.

7. LOCATION OF KEYS OF SWITCHES: -


The keys for the padlocks of various isolator Switches are kept in the SM’s office in a box with glass fronted cover.

8. PROCEDURE AND PRECAUTIONS FOR OPERATING ISOLATORS: -


The procedure for operation of Isolator Switches has been given in ACTM Vol-II, Part-I, Para 20347Isolator Switches may be
opened only after ensuring
a) If the isolator switches are on the main line – that the adjacent Interrupters at the feeding end/at either ends of the Isolator
Switch, have been opened.
b) If the Isolator Switch is controlling supply to yard lines, that either the elementary section controlled by the Isolator Switch
is free of raised pantographs of electric locomotives or the Interrupters controlling the supply of the yard lines in question,
is/are open.

9. POWER BLOCKS: -
i) The detailed procedure for obtaining power blocks has been given in G.R 17.4 & S.R there to ACTM Vol-II, Part-I Para
20603 to 20613 and Indian Railways which must be rigidly followed except in case of emergency.
ii) The sequence of switching operations for granting and cancelling the Power Block, for a particular section are included in
Annexure IV. - These shall be strictly followed by all staff. For staff to work, a section is made dead by changing the
position of Isolator from its normal position. The protection of dead section is achieved by placing a Yellow Ferrules
/Banner type reminder collars on the Signal buttons/Electric Slides with the caution ‘DANGER’ – MEN WORKING’ on
the relevant Signal buttons/Electric Slides/slots. Adequate number of such Ferrules /Banner type reminder collars is
provided at each station.
NOTE: -
In case of Power Block on Automatic Signaled Lines/Sections, the signals will be at danger due to earthing of OHE to rail for
providing safety to staff. The Station Master shall issue necessary authority as per G.R. 9.12& their SRsand any other Caution
Order for Diesel Trains when these are permitted to move over the section under Power Block, to pass the automatic signals at
‘ON’.

10. PROTECTION AT THE TIME OF POWER BLOCK: -


i) All sections over which a power block has been granted shall be protected against entry of electric locomotives with
pantograph raised from either end during the period of the block ACTM Vol-II, Part-I para 20620 to 20627. If there is/are
locomotive(s) on the section over which the power block is to be given, the driver of such locomotive(s) shall be given a
memo by the Station Master on duty or authorized traction staff to lower the pantograph (s) and not to raise it until further
instructions and an acknowledgement shall be obtained. The driver (s) shall not be given instructions to raise the
Pantograph (s) till the Power Block is cancelled.
ii) Station Masters or Station Staff conducting shunting operation with electric locomotives, will ensure that under no
circumstances the electric loco approaches near the traction structures/Isolator switches, limiting electrical sections over
which Power Block may have been granted.
11. SECTION INSULATORS: -
In Order to Isolate main & Loop lines of different grids in the yard, the cross-overs /turn outs connecting main and loop lines
of different grids of the yards, are provided with section insulators, so that when one line /or grid is made electrically dead or
there be any fault on the same, the other line/grid is not affected. The speed of the electric locomotive with Pantograph raised
over such section insulator shall not exceed 50 K.M.P.H. subject to any other speed restriction which may be in force.
When one of the two sections separated by a section insulator, is dead, the pantograph of the electric locomotive on the live
section shall not proceed closer than 10 meters towards the section insulator marking the end of the dead section.

12. BREAK-DOWN OF TRACTION OVERHEAD EQUIPMENT: -


All break down defects noted or reported on the traction overhead equipment or any other traction equipment including
Bonding, shall immediately be reported to the Traction Power Controller (SR 17.03(2) A.C.T.M. Vol-II, part-I para 20605 to
20608. Necessary Caution Order should be issued to the driver concerned as directed by the Traction Power Controller
observing the existing rules regarding issue of Caution Orders.

13. REGISTER OF MESSAGE: -


All messages relating to fault on the traction overhead equipment, operation of switches, custody of keys of outdoor switches
and other important communications in connection with the operation or maintenance of traction overhead equipment, shall be
recorded serially in a register by both the sender and the receiver, indicating the time at which the messages are received or
exchanged. As per ACTM Vol. -II, Part-I Para 20610.

14. DIESEL ENGINES: -


In a section where only Power Block has been granted, movement of traffic other than electrically hauled, may be permitted
except when specifically prohibited and the line is also blocked as per rules. The traffic allowed shall, however, have to
observe the Engineering Signals exhibited. Movement of diesel locomotives on electrified section shall be subject to restriction
as given in A. C. Traction Manual. Such diesel engine or a train hauled by such an engine shall be brought to a stand at the
station preceding the station/section at which power block is granted and the Station Master of this station shall satisfy himself
by personal inspection that there is no electric locomotive on the train in question. He shall also give a Caution Order to the
driver of such engine or train,warning him of the Power Block ahead and instructing him to watch for the Engineering Signals
and to stop at a particular signal or at a particular traction structure as necessary. Station Master shall not give line clear for a
train to run over a section under power block unless he has received an assurance from the Station Master of the preceding
Station that there is no electric locomotive on the track, supported by a Private Number. ACTM Vol-II, Part-I Para 20627

NOTE: - FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS RULEA DEAD ELECTRIC EINGINE DESPATCHED AS VECHICLES SHALL
NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE.
15. ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVES: -
Provisions included in A. C. Traction Manual must be complied with in case of double heading or banking by
electric locomotives and precautions indicated therein must be complied with when dispatching electric
locomotives as vehicles or hauling a damaged electric locomotive (ACTM Volume III Para – 30636 & 30637).

16. WORK ON THE ROOF OF ROLLING STOCK: -


No Person shall climb on the top of Engine or Tender or on the roof of carriages of wagons when those vehicles
are located beneath, overhead equipment except when a regular “PERMIT TO WORK” has been obtained from
authorized traction staff and the overhead equipment is dead and earthed (GR 17.05 (2) SR 17.05(1) to (3) and
ACTM Volume I, General Para 10402) and ACTM Volume I, General Para 10402)

17. WORKING CRANES: -


No steam or hand crane shall be worked adjacent to traction over-head equipment unless such over-head equipment is made
dead and earthed (ACTM Vol-I, Para 10406).

18. BLOCK INSTRUMENTS OR ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL SIGNALLING EQUIPMENT: -


The Station Master or Cabin man on duty must always watch for any unusual working in the Block Instrument or
any other signaling equipment which may arise due to voltages induced from the electric traction system. The
block instrument or any other signaling equipment must be suspended whenever there are signs of unusual
working and the nearest Signal & Telecommunication maintenance Inspector/Electrical Signal Maintainer should
be contacted to inspect and certify the same.In the event of break of catenary/contact wire, the Station Master must
immediately checkupwhether all block instruments and Morse Signalingequipment are working normal before
permitting any train movement –ACTM Vol. -I, General, Chapter –IV, Para 10429 to 10433.

19. TELE-COMMUNICATION CIRCUITS:


The details of the telecommunications facilities available on the electrified sections & the use of the same have
been given in A.C.T.M Vol-II, Part-I Para 20711 to 20713Sockets for connecting emergency telephones, are
provided at intervals of approximately one Km and the direction to the nearest socket is indicated on the OHE
masts by way of arrow signs

20. FIRE:
Regarding fire on or adjacent to any electrical equipment, please refer GR 6.10 (2) and SR 6.10 (1a) to (1c) and
ACTMVol. -I, General, Chapter –VI.

21. ELECTRIC SHOCK:
The Station Master and Yard Master shall exhibit permanently the instructions issued regarding the treatment of
persons suffering from Electric Shock, in the station/yard office and shall ensure that all staff are familiar with
these instructions ACTM Vol.-I, General, Chapter V.

22. Nothing in these rules shall amend or supersede any General orSubsidiary rules or instructions included in A. C.
Traction Manual. These working rules shall be read as supplement to the aforesaid rule books.

23. Any amendment to these working rules will be notified by a correction slip to the Station Working Rules. All corrections to the
Station Working Rulesshall, on receipt, be immediately carried out in the recipient’s copies. The correction slip will be serially
numbered and it will be the responsibility of each of the staff to whom working rules copies are supplied, to call for the
missing correction slips. It will be the responsibility ofeach supervisory staff to bring the contents of the correction slips to the
notice of all staff concerned and obtain their acknowledgements.

24. Instruction to Running/Operation staff: -


Safety precautions and essential instructions for Running and Operation staff working in A. C. Traction Areas, are enclosed at
Annexure-II.

25. Rules for watering of carriages on the platform lines: -


There will absolutely be no roof water filling. Only side filing is being done at all the electrified stations in the division.

26. The inspecting staff of Operating, Signal &Tele-communication,ElectricalTraction, as well as, Engineering Departments, shall
make regular checks at all points to which these Special Working Rules are supplied& applicable to ensure that the rules are
correct up-to-date and the staff concerned are fully conversant with the rules and abide by them.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND ESSETIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR


RUNNING, ELECTRICAL, C&W AND OPERATING STAFF WORKING IN AC TRACTION AREA( ACTM
Appendix- VIII Point 1 to 11 ( Volume II Part II
(A) FOR ALL STAFF:
DO(s):
1. In case of fire on electric traction equipment or wires: -
i. Inform Traction Power Controller.
ii. Extinguish fire by special extinguishers (Carbon Tetrachloride or Carbon Di Oxide type, if available.)
iii. Ensure that no water jet is directed at the fire in any circumstances.
2. Any unusual on traction wires or electric locomotives, inform Traction Power Controller or nearest Station Master.
3. In emergency, speak to Traction Power Controller on emergency telephone system. (Socket for connecting emergency
telephone are provided at intervals at about a kilometre and the direction to the nearest socket is indicated on OHE masts.)
DONT(s):
1. DO NOT approach within 2 meters (Approx. 7 feet) of any traction wires or live equipment.
2. DO NOT work on or near traction wires or any live equipment unless they are made dead, earthed and shut down notices
/ ’Permit To Work’ obtained.
3. DO NOT enter any Switching Station or Remote Control Centre unless specially permitted.
4. DO NOT permit unauthorized persons to open to any equipment even if it be for making it dead.
5. DO NOT disturb any earthing or bonding or traction wires.
6. DO NOT touch a person in contact with live traction wires. Remove body only after power supply is switched off.
7. DO NOT forget to give artificial respiration to the victim.
8. DO NOT touch any traction wire hanging from the mast or fallen on the ground and do not allow anyone else to touch it.

(B) FOR RUNNING STAFF:


DO(s):
1. Avoid slipping of wheels of rolling stock.
2. Load coal & oil in locos outside the electrified zone only.
3. Keep at a safe distance of 2 meters (Approx. 7 feet) from traction wires while working on the locomotives.

DONT(s):
1. DO NOT lift or raise your tools towards traction wires (Keep the tools in their respective position immediate after use).
2. DO NOT load coal on the engine tender to a height more than 4 meters above rail level.
3. DO NOT take electric locomotive with raised pantograph to any unwired line. Power Block working limit or near the
section insulators as the end of section under Power Block.
4. DO NOT climb into the engine tender for ANY PURPOSE while under traction wires, unless power is cut off and ‘Permit
to Work’ obtained. (For watering, use the water column from the ground with the special device provided for this purpose
and opens the tank cover by special device provided.)
5. DO NOT allow long articles like firing rods, shovel or any other thing to protrude above the engine while on electrified
tracks.
6. DO NOT place a steam loco motive with chimney directly opposite a traction mast or under any insulator or under a
bridge.
7. DO NOT direct any water jet or spray towards the traction wires. (Jets or water, if necessary, may be used horizontally
outside the safety zone of 2 meters (7 feet).
8. DO NOT put the drivers vacuum brake handle in quick release position when traction is running.

(C) FOR STATION MASTERS:


DO(s):
1. Ensure all staff are conversant with safety precautions.
2. Report defects in traction wires or any electric locomotive promptly to Traction Power Controller.
3. Keep sufficient number of Power Block caps and ensure staff understands their use.
4. Ensure the placing of Power Block caps to the relevant point/signal/route button of control cum Indication Panel which
gives access to sections under Power Block.

5. Observe procedure given in item no.13 of Annexure-III Station Working Instructions, while operating isolator switches
(G.R 17.04 and their SRs and ACTM Vol-II,Part-I to Para- 20600 & 20601.).
6. Ensure safe custody of isolator switch keys.
7. Ensure that traction power’sstaff protects sections from all directions by banner flags during Power Block.
8. Suspend working of block and signals if signs of unusual working are noticed. Always check up block instruments and
signaling equipment’s when break down in traction wires occurs.
9. Instruct your Pointsman/traffic khalasi to see that while he goes up the signal post, he does not carry any long rod or article
likely to be brought within danger zone of 2 meter (Approx. 7 feet).
10. Please ensure that the doors of empty wagons on the train are closed.
11. Station Masters of the station shall be conversant with the provision of Rule 4.35(3) of G&SR. Station Masters shall warn
the passenger about the Danger of 25KV AC OHE and shall not permit the train to proceed ahead with passengers sitting
on the roof of the coaches.
DONT(s): -
1. DO NOT permit an electric locomotive or multiple unit with raised pantograph to approach any section under power block
beyond ‘Power Block Limit’ boards or near section insulators.
2. DO NOT permit any crane to work adjacent to live traction wire.
3. DO NOT permit your staff to approach live traction wire within the danger zone of 2 meters (Approx. 7 feet).
4. DO NOT permit electric locomotive with raised pantograph to enter any unwired section.
5. DO NOT take off signals for direct reception for any electric engine or train, if there is a Power Block within the adequate
distances of the signals.
(D) FOR CARRIAGE STAFF: -
DO(s): -
1. Watering of carriages should be done only at watering sections as per special rules.
2. Ensure that no staff is working on the roofs to carriages and all the watering staff has assembled at the place marked for
‘Watering Gang’ before returning the key to Linemen.
DONT(s): -
1. DO NOT climb on the roof of the carriages or wagons when located beneath overhead wires unless the power is cut off and
“Permit to Work” or “Watering Badge” is issued as per rules.
2. DO NOT open the hydrant till the other end of the hose pipe has been inserted in the overhead tank of the carriages.
Similarly,
3. DO NOT withdraw the hose pipe from the tank till the ground hydrant has been closed.
4. DO NOT direct any jet or spout of water towards any traction wire or traction bracket support overhead equipment.
(E) FOR PERMANENT WAY STAFF:
DO(s) :
1. Maintain the correct level of Height Gauges at Level crossing.
2. Provide rail jumper connections, wherever a fish plate is to be removed or rails are to be removed (specially on tracks with
wooden sleepers).
3. Ensure that insulatedpaints on your tools is intact.
DONT(s) :
1. DO NOT continue working till last minute in the face of an approaching electric train, clear the line early.
2. DO NOT use steel measuring tapes or long metallic wires.
3. DO NOT dump ballast, earth or ashes against the foundations of the masts and keep the top of muffing clear.
4. DO NOT raise the track above the high rail level mark specially under over line structures.
5. DO NOT damage the traction bonds, whether from mast to rail or those along or across the track.

OTHER POINTS TO BE REMEMBERED


MOVEMENT OF ELECTRIC LOCOS IN STATIONS AND YARDS
PROTECTION OF DEAD SECTION
1. If shunting is to be done for detaching hot axled wagons etc., in non-electrified track, special precautions should be taken not to
admit the electric loco into unwired section. A competent man shall personally supervise the shunting.
2. Emergency sockets (mounted on posts painted alternately black and white 6 feet high have been located along the track and
near cabins at a distance of one KM less than a mile apart. The direction to the nearest emergency socket is clearly indicated on
each traction mast by an arrow.
Guards working on electrified section should acquaint themselves with the methods use of new portable telephones which are
to be plucked in these emergency sockets. These sockets are connected to Traction Power Controller.
3. It is dangerous to go within 2 meters (Approx. 7 feet) of the live equipment. This is “DANGER ZONE”.
4. Power Block means blocking of section of the line to the electric traffic only.
5. No material should be stacked either on the mast or on mast foundation.
6. When motor vehicle with rubber tyre is to be transported in an open wagon, the metal body shall be bonded to the wagon body
by means of two independent solid connections by copper wire or galvanized iron flat of steel ropes. It is preferably that
lashing used to secure the vehicle are of metallic ropes instead of manila or other coir ropes.
7. Staff must close and secure the wagons’ doors properly after the same have been loaded or unloaded at loading or unloading
points. One of the staff should be posted in the yard to close the wagons door. He must see that no wagon is allowed with its
doors opened.
8. Cases of electric shock arising out of contact with 25 KV AC traction equipment shall be reported immediately to Traction
Power Controller.
9. The escorts for vehicles in an open wagon accompanying the vehicles in train shall be warned to be careful of OHE wire and
should not stand unwillingly on the vehicle.
10. The SM/ASM should maintain the following registers: -
a) Message register in which incoming and outgoing messages are recorded separately.
b) Key register for isolators
11. Unusual occurrences viz. rain, lightning and thunder storm effect electrical installation, Station Master on duty should advise
Traction Power Controller of all such weather conditions.
12. Any abnormality observed on overhead equipment viz. a broken contact wire, catenary wire, brackets, insulators or a hanging
dropper etc. must be reported immediately to the Traction Power Controller by the emergency phone or through the nearest
Station Master.
13. The SMs/ASMs/Cabin staff should know the manual operation of isolating switches and must get thorough knowledge of the
lines to which each switch controls the supply in the consultation with the Station Working Rules (ACTM Para20624). Before
operating any isolating switch he must ensure that –
a) The entire section of the overhead equipment is visible.
b) There is no locomotive or motor coach or tower wagon with raised pantograph in the section and
c) No overhead equipment in the section is in contact with ground rail, vehicles or any other insulated object.
14. While granting a local Power Block the ASM/SM/Yard Master shall also inform the Section Controller of such Power Block
and take all precautions as per Station Working Rules(ACTM Vol. II Part I para 20603- 1 C )
15. The “Dead Section” shall be protected as per procedure laid in ACTM Vol. II Part I,Para20625.
16. The SMs should be educated all the staff working under them on the above lines and should see that the bonding are not
damaged when loading and unloading is done.
17. It should be ensured before introducing OHE traction working that operating staff at the station is properly educated about
normal/abnormal working of OHE traction and fully aware about the rules given in G & SR book reprinted edition-2006 and
ACTM of 1994 for Indian Railway.

Traction Working Rules for 25KV A.C. Electric Traction
For SRI VIJAY NAGAR Station
These rules apply only to Electric traction and indicate the protection required for electrical trains, Electric Light Engines, EMUs and any
other vehicle considered as such, entering a Sector, a Sub-Sector or an Elementary section over which a Power Block exists and the sequence
of switching operations for granting & cancelling power block and restoring 25 KV energization. These instructions do not apply to Diesel,
Diesel electric, steam rolling stock, Tower Wagon, motor trolley, ladder trolley or hand pushed trolley.

Note: -
1. These TWRs shall be read along with and as an Appendix “G” to the Station Working Rules.
2. The enclosed Electric Traction Working Rule diagram No- TSWR/SRPR-APG/SBNR is based on sectioning diagram no
TRD/BKN/SRPR/01 R-A and SIP NO.5992.
3. On a written request memo from TPC, the Section Controller will arrange for a Power or Power-cum-Traffic block at a suitable time &
time interval as per the traffic margin available. He will then grant the block after the passage of a train or a group of trains, for which he
will exchange his T N (train notice) number with the Private Numbers of both the SMs of the stations on either end of the section or sector

4. Both the SMs will note down in Red Ink the Power Block particulars in their respective Train Signal Registers.
5. The Section Controller will then return the Power Block memo to TPC, confirming in writing the Power Block sanction details & Timings.
6. The sequence of switching operations will then be done or got done by the TPC as given in the following tables.
7. The TPC will then issue PTW (Permit to Work) to the authorized electric traction staff at site, under exchange of private numbers and
written entries in the Message books maintained with the TPC and with the authorized traction personnel at site.
8. The cancellation of the power block will be in the reverse order. The sequence of operations for cancellation is again given in the tables.
9. Wherever reception or dispatch of trains is not permitted due to power block affecting the block section, the station masters on either sides
shall make an entry to that effect inRed ink in the Train Signal Register and exchange private numbers. “Power Block Caps” shall be
placed on the concerned signal buttons on SM Panels at the respective stations.
10. Before opening any Interrupter or Isolator which bridges an insulated overlap or a section insulator, it should be ensured that there is no
electric rolling stock with its pantograph raised, under or likely to come under the insulated overlap or the section insulator.
11. Points leading to unwired tracks shall not under any circumstances be used for the movement of electric locomotive with its pantograph
raised.
12. For any unusual movement of Electric Locomotives/EMUS or for Shunt moves by block forward or block back, the Station Master on duty
must refer to Electric Traction Working Rules diagram and his Station Working Rules and consult TPC and ensure that there is no chance
of energizing a section where power block has been granted.

1. For any unusual movement of Electric Loco/Train/vehicle the Station Master on duty must refer to the Traction Station
Working Rules Diagram of the station.
2. Points leading towards unwired track shall not be used under any circumstances for the movement of Electric Loco with

3. When the power block is being given in the Sri vijaynaga station, the station master working at the Ramsinghpur and
