َ ‫ﻏ ْﻴ ُﺮ ﻗَﺎ ِﺩ ٍﺭ ﺃ َ ْﻥ ﻳَ ْﺮﺛِ َﻲ ِﻟ‬

‫ ﺑَ ْﻞ‬،‫ﻀﻌَﻔَﺎﺗِﻨَﺎ‬ َ ‫ﻴﺲ َﻛ َﻬﻨَ ٍﺔ‬
ُ ِ‫ﺲ ﻟَﻨَﺎ َﺭﺋ‬ َ ‫ ﻷ َ ْﻥ ﻟَ ْﻴ‬١٥

Hebrews 4:15
15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize
with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in
every way, just as we are yet he did not sin.

Matthew 4:1
Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the
wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

27 In fact, no one can enter a

can plunder the strong man’s
house.
 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, say to the
ruler of Tyre, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “‘In the 10-1:28 ‫ﺣﺰﻗﻴﺎﻝ‬
pride of your heart you say, “I am a god; I sit on the throne of
ِ ‫ ﻗُ ْﻝ ِﻟ َﺭ ِﺋ‬،‫ »ﻳَﺎ ﺍ ْﺑ َﻥ ﺁ َﺩ َﻡ‬٢:ً‫ﺏ ﻗَﺎ ِﺋﻼ‬ ‫ﻲ َﻛﻼَ ُﻡ ﱠ‬ ‫َﺎﻥ ِﺇﻟَ ﱠ‬
a god in the heart of the seas.” But you are a mere mortal and
not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god. 3 Are
‫ﻳﺱ‬ ِ ّ ‫ﺍﻟﺭ‬ َ ‫ َﻭﻛ‬١
you wiser than Daniel? Is no secret hidden from you? 4 By ‫ﺍﺭﺗَﻔَ َﻊ ﻗَ ْﻠﺑُ َﻙ‬ ْ ‫ ِﻣ ْﻥ ﺃ َﺟْ ِﻝ ﺃَﻧﱠﻪُ ﻗَ ِﺩ‬:‫ﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺭ ﱡ‬
‫ﺳ ِﻳّ ُﺩ ﱠ‬ ‫ ﻫ َﻛ َﺫﺍ ﻗَﺎ َﻝ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬:‫ﻭﺭ‬ َ ‫ﺻ‬ ُ
your wisdom and understanding you have gained wealth for .‫ﺏ ﺍ ْﻟ ِﺑ َﺣ ِﺎﺭ‬ ِ ‫ﺱ ﻓِﻲ ﻗَ ْﻠ‬ ُ ‫ ﻓِﻲ َﻣﺟْ ِﻠ ِﺱ ﺍﻵ ِﻟ َﻬ ِﺔ ﺃَﺟْ ِﻠ‬.ٌ‫ ﺃَﻧَﺎ ِﺇﻟﻪ‬: َ‫َﻭﻗُ ْﻠﺕ‬
yourself and amassed gold and silver in your treasuries. 5 By ‫ َﻫﺎ‬٣ !‫ﺏ ﺍﻵ ِﻟ َﻬ ِﺔ‬ ِ ‫ َﻭ ِﺇ ْﻥ َﺟﻌَ ْﻠﺕَ ﻗَ ْﻠﺑَ َﻙ َﻛﻘَ ْﻠ‬،ٌ‫ﺎﻥ ﻻَ ِﺇﻟﻪ‬ ٌ ‫ﺳ‬ َ ‫َﻭﺃ َ ْﻧﺕَ ِﺇ ْﻧ‬
your great skill in trading you have increased your wealth, ‫ َﻭﺑِ ِﺣ ْﻛ َﻣﺗِ َﻙ‬٤ .‫ﻋﻠَ ْﻳ َﻙ‬ َ ‫ﺳ ﱞﺭ َﻣﺎ ﻻَ ﻳَ ْﺧﻔَﻰ‬ ِ !‫ﺃ َ ْﻧﺕَ ﺃَﺣْ َﻛ ُﻡ ِﻣ ْﻥ ﺩَﺍﻧِﻳﺂ َﻝ‬
and because of your wealth your heart has grown proud. 6 َ ‫ﺿﺔ‬ ‫ﺏ َﻭﺍ ْﻟ ِﻔ ﱠ‬ َ ‫ﺻ ْﻠﺕَ ﺍﻟﺫﱠ َﻫ‬ ‫ َﻭ َﺣ ﱠ‬،ً‫ﺳ َﻙ ﺛ َ ْﺭ َﻭﺓ‬ ِ ‫ﺻ ْﻠﺕَ ِﻟﻧَ ْﻔ‬ ‫َﻭ ِﺑﻔَﻬ ِْﻣ َﻙ َﺣ ﱠ‬
“‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “‘Because
you think you are wise, as wise as a god, 7 I am going to bring ،‫ﺎﺭ ِﺗ َﻙ َﻛﺛ ﱠ ْﺭﺕَ ﺛ َ ْﺭ َﻭﺗ َ َﻙ‬ َ ‫ ِﺑ َﻛﺛْ َﺭ ِﺓ ِﺣ ْﻛ َﻣ ِﺗ َﻙ ِﻓﻲ ِﺗ َﺟ‬٥ .‫ﻓِﻲ َﺧ َﺯﺍ ِﺋ ِﻧ َﻙ‬
foreigners against you, the most ruthless of nations; they will :‫ﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺭ ﱡ‬ ‫ﺳ ِﻳّ ُﺩ ﱠ‬‫ ﻓَ ِﻠﺫ ِﻟ َﻙ ﻫ َﻛ َﺫﺍ ﻗَﺎ َﻝ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬٦ .‫ﺎﻙ‬ َ َ‫ﺏ ِﻏﻧ‬ َ ِ‫ﺎﺭﺗَﻔَ َﻊ ﻗَ ْﻠﺑُ َﻙ ﺑ‬
ِ َ ‫ﺳﺑ‬ ْ َ‫ﻓ‬
draw their swords against your beauty and wisdom and pierce ُ ‫ ِﻟﺫ ِﻟ َﻙ ﻫﺄَﻧَ َﺫﺍ ﺃَﺟْ ِﻠ‬٧ ،‫ﺏ ﺍﻵ ِﻟ َﻬ ِﺔ‬
‫ﺏ‬ ِ ‫ِﻣ ْﻥ ﺃَﺟْ ِﻝ ﺃَﻧﱠ َﻙ َﺟﻌَ ْﻠﺕَ ﻗَ ْﻠﺑَ َﻙ َﻛﻘَ ْﻠ‬
your shining splendor. 8 They will bring you down to the pit, ‫ﻋﻠَﻰ ﺑَ ْﻬ َﺟ ِﺔ‬ َ ‫ﺳﻳُﻭﻓَ ُﻬ ْﻡ‬ ُ ‫ُﻭﻥ‬ َ ‫ ﻓَﻳُ َﺟ ِ ّﺭﺩ‬،‫ﻋﺗَﺎﺓَ ﺍﻷ ُ َﻣ ِﻡ‬ ُ ،‫ﻏ َﺭﺑَﺎ َء‬ ُ ‫ﻋﻠَ ْﻳ َﻙ‬ َ
and you will die a violent death in the heart of the seas. 9 Will
you then say, “I am a god,” in the presence of those who kill
ُ‫ ﻓَﺗ َ ُﻣﻭﺕ‬،‫ ﻳُﻧَ ِ ّﺯﻟُﻭﻧَ َﻙ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍ ْﻟ ُﺣ ْﻔ َﺭ ِﺓ‬٨ .‫ﻭﻥ َﺟ َﻣﺎﻟَ َﻙ‬ َ ‫ﺳ‬ ُ ّ‫ِﺣ ْﻛ َﻣﺗِ َﻙ َﻭﻳُ َﺩ ِﻧ‬
you? You will be but a mortal, not a god, in the hands of those :‫ َﻫ ْﻝ ﺗَﻘُﻭ ُﻝ ﻗَ ْﻭﻻً ﺃ َ َﻣﺎ َﻡ ﻗَﺎﺗِ ِﻠ َﻙ‬٩ .‫ﺏ ﺍ ْﻟ ِﺑ َﺣ ِﺎﺭ‬ ِ ‫َﻣ ْﻭﺕَ ﺍ ْﻟﻘَﺗْﻠَﻰ ﻓِﻲ ﻗَ ْﻠ‬
who slay you. 10 You will die the death of the uncircumcised َ‫ َﻣ ْﻭﺕ‬١٠ !‫ﺎﻥ ﻻَ ِﺇﻟﻪٌ ِﻓﻲ ﻳَ ِﺩ َﻁﺎ ِﻋ ِﻧ َﻙ‬ ٌ ‫ﺳ‬ َ ‫ﺃَﻧَﺎ ِﺇﻟﻪٌ؟ َﻭﺃ َ ْﻧﺕَ ِﺇ ْﻧ‬
at the hands of foreigners. I have spoken, declares the ‫ﺳ ِﻳّ ُﺩ‬‫ ﻳَﻘُﻭ ُﻝ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬، ُ‫ ﻷ َ ِﻧّﻲ ﺃَﻧَﺎ ﺗ َ َﻛﻠﱠ ْﻣﺕ‬،‫ﺎء‬ ِ َ‫ﻑ ﺗ َ ُﻣﻭﺕُ ِﺑﻳَ ِﺩ ﺍ ْﻟﻐُ َﺭﺑ‬ ِ ‫ﺍ ْﻟﻐُ ْﻠ‬
Sovereign Lord.’” .« ‫ﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺭ ﱡ‬

Ezekiel 28:11-13
11 The word of the LORD came to me: 12 “Son of man, take up
lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: ‘This is what the
Sovereign LORD says: “‘You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom
and perfect in beauty.13 You were in Eden, the garden of God; every
precious stone adorned you:
carnelian, chrysolite and emerald, topaz, onyx and jasper,
lapis lazuli, turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were
made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared.

Ezekiel 28:14-16
You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you. You were
on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones.15 You were
blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was
found in you.16 Through your widespread trade you were filled with
violence, and you sinned.

7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Revelation 12:7-9
7 Thenwar broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the
dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong
enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled
down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole
world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Satan, and bound him for a thousand

Abyss, and locked and sealed it over ُ ‫ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺬﻱ ُﻫ َﻮ ِﺇ ْﺑ ِﻠ‬،‫ﺍ ْﻟ َﺤﻴﱠ ِﺔ ﺍ ْﻟﻘَ ِﺪﻳ َﻤ ِﺔ‬

him, to keep him from deceiving the ٣ ،‫ﺳﻨَ ٍﺔ‬ َ ‫ﻒ‬ َ ‫ َﻭﻗَﻴﱠ َﺪ ُﻩ ﺃ َ ْﻟ‬،‫ﺎﻥ‬ ُ ‫ﺸ ْﻴ َﻄ‬ ‫َﻭﺍﻟ ﱠ‬
nations anymore until the thousand
years were ended. After that, he must ،‫ﻋﻠَ ْﻴ ِﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻖ‬ َ َ‫َﻭ َﻁ َﺮ َﺣﻪُ ِﻓﻲ ﺍ ْﻟ َﻬﺎ ِﻭﻳَ ِﺔ َﻭﺃ َ ْﻏﻠ‬
be set free for a short time. ‫ﻋﻠَ ْﻴ ِﻪ ِﻟﻜ َْﻲ ﻻَ ﻳُ ِﻀ ﱠﻞ ﺍﻷ ُ َﻣ َﻢ ِﻓﻲ َﻣﺎ‬ َ ‫َﻭ َﺧﺘ َ َﻢ‬

battle. In number they are like the sand on the
seashore. 9 They marched across the breadth ‫ﻳﻦ‬َ ‫ﺝ ِﻟﻴُ ِﻀ ﱠﻞ ﺍﻷ ُ َﻣ َﻢ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺬ‬ ُ ‫ َﻭﻳَ ْﺨ ُﺮ‬٨ ،‫ﺳ ْﺠﻨِ ِﻪ‬ ِ ‫ِﻣ ْﻦ‬
of the earth and surrounded the camp of ،‫ ُﺟﻮ َﺝ َﻭ َﻣﺎ ُﺟﻮ َﺝ‬:‫ﺽ‬ ِ ‫ﻓِﻲ ﺃ َ ْﺭﺑَ ِﻊ َﺯ َﻭﺍﻳَﺎ ﺍﻷ َ ْﺭ‬
God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came ‫ﻋ َﺪ ُﺩ ُﻫ ْﻢ ِﻣﺜْ ُﻞ َﺭ ْﻣ ِﻞ‬ َ ‫ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺬﻳ َﻦ‬،‫ﺏ‬ ِ ‫ِﻟﻴَ ْﺠ َﻤﻌَ ُﻬ ْﻢ ِﻟ ْﻠ َﺤ ْﺮ‬
ِ ‫ﺽ ﺍﻷ َ ْﺭ‬ َ َ‫ ﻓ‬٩ .‫ﺍ ْﻟﺒَ ْﺤ ِﺮ‬
down from heaven and devoured them. 10 And
the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into ،‫ﺽ‬ ِ ‫ﻋﻠَﻰ ﻋ َْﺮ‬ َ ‫ﺼ ِﻌﺪُﻭﺍ‬
the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and ‫ﻴﻦ َﻭ ِﺑﺎ ْﻟ َﻤ ِﺪﻳﻨَ ِﺔ‬َ ‫ﺴ‬ ِ ‫ﺴﻜ َِﺮ ﺍ ْﻟ ِﻘ ِ ّﺪﻳ‬ ْ َ‫ﻁﻮﺍ ِﺑ ُﻤﻌ‬ ُ ‫َﻭﺃ َ َﺣﺎ‬
the false prophet had been thrown. They will ‫ﺎﺭ ِﻣ ْﻦ ِﻋ ْﻨ ِﺪ ﷲِ ِﻣ َﻦ‬ ٌ َ‫ ﻓَﻨَ َﺰﻟَﺖْ ﻧ‬،‫ﺍ ْﻟ َﻤ ْﺤﺒُﻮﺑَ ِﺔ‬
َ ‫ﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺬﻱ ﻛ‬ ُ ‫ َﻭ ِﺇ ْﺑ ِﻠ‬١٠ .‫ﺎء َﻭﺃ َ َﻛﻠَﺘْ ُﻬ ْﻢ‬
be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Colossians 2:13-15
13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your
flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, 14
having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against
us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. 15 And
having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of
them, triumphing over them by the cross.
