Name of the Course: CCCM®/CPCM® Exam Preparation

Course Description:

CCCM®/CPCM® credential holders are meeting the highest standards for education, training,
experience and have demonstrated the knowledge of contract management demanded by NCMA
USA. Contract professionals, who are having 5 years experience in contract management or
related are eligible to take CCCM®/CPCM® certification. CCCM®/CPCM® is becoming a right
certification for the people in contract management field in recent years.

Learning Objectives:

 Describe principles, methods, types and regulations of contracts.


 Apply acquisition planning strategies, analyze cost & price and understand how to draft
solicitations.
 Apply best practices in source selection and contract awarding.
 Explain activities post contract award through contract close out.
 Identify dispute resolution methods and procedures in contract termination.
 Explain industry specific contract procedures such as R&D, IT, Service , Architecture-
Engineer services & Construction etc.,
 Describe fundamentals of business competencies to understand the contract
environment.

Enrollment Policy:

 The interested individual would register his/her name and other necessary details by
submitting an online registration form post reading the Enrollment Policies thoroughly.
 An advance payment of AED 500 should be paid at the time of registration and the balance
payment shall be paid on the 1st day of training.

Certification Issuance Policy:

 The Course Completion Certificate will be awarded along with the required PDUs within 7
business days after the training on satisfactory completion by the course-taker.
 80 % course attendance is mandatory to issue the course completion certificate
 80% score is mandatory in an internal examination to issue the certificate.
 KHDA attestation charges is not included in the course fee
 This is course completion certificate only, not the certification issued by the awarding body
after the examination.
