The following changes are the Highlights of Changes for Revision 10. It is the result of a public Flight
Operations Evaluation Board (FOEB) meeting held on 05/24/2023.

General The purpose of the present revision is to harmonize the Falcon 900 Series Item Lists
between the applicable Authorities (EASA and FAA).
ALL Due to the reorganization of the MMEL items along with the harmonization project,
this revision is considered a complete rewrite of the DA-900EX MMEL. Accordingly,
no change bars are presented. Deleted relief or relief items that have been moved to
another ATA are also not identified.
ALL The MMEL items numbering has been arranged according to ATA iSpec 2200
standard.
ALL Incorporated multiple Policy Letters.

ALL Miscellaneous corrections for compliance with FAA Policy Letters.

ALL Clarification of relief provided during night operations.
