• Managing Talent Management and Talent Acquisition professionals with focus on

• Vendor Analysis and Management for Management and Leadership Development
Programs and Workshops in alliance with premium business institutes such as IIM
with respect to L&D and Business function needs.
• Maintaining and updating corporate learning vendors like Skillsoft, Udemy and

• Recruitment and Manpower Budgeting - Fulfilling Vice President and above level
positions for the Bank.
• Looking after onboarding requisites, compensation calculation and negotiations.
This involves end to end recruitment of leaders for the Bank.
