Led the team of 3 people and responsible to drive the HR function as per defined HR guidelines. The key responsibilities include.
• Collaboration with HODs to obtain buy-in and enhance organization wide acceptance of HR initiatives, rewards, and recognition
programs, Workforce Planning, Hiring of required workforce within TAT, Creating employee experience through on-boarding in
the organization.
• Upgrading Performance Management System (PMS) strategy and process fundamentals such as moving to online platform (ZOHO
HRMS), KRA based goal-sheets, 5-point expectation rating scale, increment disbursement mechanism and so on to increase
accountability and objectivity in evaluations.
• Administered appraisals, increments and promotions (2022 & 2023) for 100 + employees and resolved inquiries and issues.
• Responsible for Talent acquisition, Talent development, Talent retention, Employee Engagement and Compliance Management
as per Group Standards.
• Enable the organization to achieve its business results through best practices and partner with business in driving Operational
Excellence. Reviewed & Implemented HR Policies in context to current needs of the organization.
• Led the preparation of HR yearly budgets (HR Opex & Manpower) and regularly reviewing the expenses vs budget allocated on
monthly basis with HR and Business Head. Timely MIS Reporting to Management on Monthly basis. Monitoring HR Compliances
on a monthly basis.
