NOTE: Daily Check shall be accomplished at an interval of 24 hours. In case aircrafts completes 24
hours where daily check performance is not possible, the check shall be carried out maximum
within 48 hours.

1 General :
Make sure Main and Nose Landing Gear locks & wheel chocks are
correctly installed.
Review Technical Log Bookand undertake corrective actions as
required.
Review Major Item Change Sheet and take compliance action
Certify that all Snags and Rectification carried out at Out-Stations have
been checked at Base and release as considered satisfactory.
2 Carry out Transit check as per card No . ATR 42 -PK-TR

Landing Gears :ZONES 710 730 740


3 Check of Main and Nose landing Gear Structure including EMERGENCYs
and wheel well for damage, evidence of leakage.
Check Nose Wheel Steering Condition and free fall assister.
Check of Main and Nose Landing Gear Wheels for Condition and Tires for
Pressure and Wear(ref. MP # A-32-41-XX-00ZZZ-360Z-A).
Tires Inflating Pressures:
Main Wheel Nose Wheel
126 PSI ( 8.7 bar ) All Tires 63 PSI ( 4.4 bar ) except Michelin
Radial Tires 70 PSI (4.8 bar)

CAUTION: Tire pressure must be checked and corrected whenever
possible when the tires are cold & service with nitrogen only
If tire pressures are taken when tires are warm, (refer: MP # A-32-41-XX-
00ZZZ-360Z-A) for further instructions.

4 Main Gear Free Fall Assister :


Gain access to free fall assister and by means of inspection mirror check

5 Flight Compartment :
Check cockpit including windshield and side windows for general
condition/damage and cleanliness.
Carry out Inspection of IPAD STAND for it condition, proper installation and its
availability of certification decals

6 Cockpit Communication/Documentation Door
GVI of cockpit communication door hatch and its locking latch for general
condition, cleanliness. Confirm the satisfactory operation of Cockpit
communication door hatch
(Ref: RRB meeting# 4/2020 dated 14/9/2020)
7 Passenger Compartment :
Check passenger cabin including galley & lavatory for general condition,
cleanliness and evidence of any water leakage.
Check lavatory waste bin for condition.
8 Cargo Compartment:
Check cargo compartments for general condition and cleanliness.
9 Emergency Equipment :
Check emergency equipment for presence and proper stowage as per Emergency
Equipment Chart.
10 Flight Controls:
Check the movement of Flight Controls after disengagement of Gust
Lock Lever.
11 (a) Propeller :
Examine the propeller for signs of oil leakage and seepage. If
leakage/seepage is observed, proceed in the guidelines of CHECK
section of HS MM P5206, 61-10-00.
(b) Blades :
Visually examine all blades for cracks, nicks, gouges or damage to
the erosion coatings, signs of lightning strike, and tip area erosion.
If crack indication is observed, proceed in the guidelines of CHECK
section of HS MM P5206, 61-10-00.
(c) Spinner :
Visually examine the spinner, spinner collar and bulkhead filler for
cracks, gouges, dents and missing rivets. If crack indication is
observed, proceed in the guidelines of CHECK section of HS MM
P5206, 61-10-00. Clean rubber, plastic and fiberglass surfaces of
[

propeller blades with mild soap and warm water applied with a soft
cloth. Rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth . (Ref. AMM
MP# A-61-11-60-00ZZZ-250Z-A)
12 Engine Nacelles: *Examine the engine intake area and
corresponding nacelle (LH & RH) Zones for any loose/missing
fasteners particularly access panels 451BL, 451BR, 461BL and 461BR. Take
necessary action and record findings in Tech Log.
13 Engine Oil Level Check :ZONE-433 443

NOTE: vicing and therefore higher oil
consumption.
CAUTION: Do not check oil level via sight gauge more than 30 minutes after
shutdown. (15 +/- 5 minutes are considered optimum). Before this shutdown, An
engine run with propeller feathered for 20 seconds minimum must be made. (See
PWC EMM 720000 engine servicing).

a) Do a Check of the hydraulic fluid level with the sight glass indicator on the top
of the reservoir for NORMAL range after arrival & before servicing and mark
accordingly.
