Application
Lanko 764 Shotcrete PH is designed for dry spray shotcreting
applications. This means that water mix ratio is controlled by the
nozzleman. To obtain the highest performance properties,
the water ratio should be kept to a minimum.

• Pre-wet the substrate before application of

Lanko 764 Shotcrete PH
• Apply the product to the prepared substrate using a suitable
shotcreting equipment.
• Ensure the mortar is well compacted during application, paying
particular attention to areas behind reinforcement.
• Lanko 764 Shotcrete PH can be applied in layers from
10mm to 150mm.
• Smooth the surface using a suitable steel trowel after installation.
A timber or plastic trowel can be used if a different surface finish
is desired.

Curing
Lanko 764 Shotcrete PH should be protected from moisture
loss during curing stage. This can be achieved with the application
of Lanko 361 Lancure curing compound..

Precautions
• Application temperature from 10°C to 35°C.
• Apply only to clean, sound substrates, free of loose material.
• It is recommended that applicators wear PVC or similar gloves and
safety goggles while handling this product.
• If case of eye contact, rinse with generous amount of cool water.
• In case of ingestion, get immediate medical assistance.
