1 Discuss the following with your partners.

 Can you describe a famous person you admire? Why do you admire them?
 Can you describe someone in your family or a friend that you admire? Why do you admire
them?
 Can you describe someone that you don’t get along with very well? Why is that?

9 We can add a prefix to some adjectives to make an opposite. The most common prefix is un-. Others
are dis-, in-, ir- and im-. Write the correct prefix above each group of adjectives.
