● Saint Mary’s Hall (Private School) Assistant Girls Basketball Coach
San Antonio, TX.
October 2023- Present
Assistant Coach for the Varsity Girls Basketball team at Saint Mary’s Hall, under the
leadership of Coach Matt Hayes. I started in the Fall of 2023 when I was offered the
opportunity to come aboard and help lead the “C” team of the Middle School Girls. It was
a very developmental team full of girls who had heart and hustle! They were beginners of
the game, so we spent a majority of practice time teaching rules, concepts, vocabulary,
and a lot of skill work. It was a short 8 game season where I can confidently say every
girl got better at the end of it. After the Middle School season ended I was “full-time”
Varsity Assistant. I spent a majority of my time learning the system, culture, and players
as it was my first year. Seeing where I would be most useful in the coaching staff to best
benefit the program. We finished in the Final Four of the TAPPS 5A State Tournament.

demonstrate the Shoot 360 core values daily to our clients. This is where great
relationship building happens, as the athletes can look up to these coaches as positive role
models.

January 2021- March 2023
Volunteer Coached various ages and skill sets for AAO’s Grassroots summer basketball
program, called AAO Flight. In 2021, I coached the 6th Grade Girls “Select” team
competing in local/regional tournaments throughout and around Northwest Arkansas. In
addition to that, I was an Assistant Coach for the 17U Girl’s team, which is our oldest
High School Level team. Competing in tournaments on a more national scale, through the
Girl’s Prep Hoops Circuit. In the summer of 2022, I coached the 7th Grade Girls “Elite”
team, which allowed the opportunity for more of a national scale as well, as we were
committed to the UA Futures Circuit sponsored by Under Armor. Traveling to Dallas,
Lawrence, Wichita, Indianapolis, and more. All dedicated to the idea of: development,
competition, and exposure. I’ve continued to train players, both boys and girls, that play
for the Flight teams, while also helping to lead and assist tryouts, or other group
workouts.
