Clause 10.0. of CIL Executive Pay Revision chapter HR manual specifies the Methodology for
payment of Performance Related Pay (PRP) for the FY 201 1 8 & onwards. Sub clause, 8xi under 1 0.0
clause of CIL Executive Pay revision states Other General uidelines for payment of PRP , in which at
Point (c) , the conditions of non-admissibility of PRP Payme t are mentioned

hereby amended as under

Appeal(s), the penalty is changed to CENSURE by the
Appellate /Rr rviewing Authority.
iii. Above relaxa' ion will also not be admissible for cases
of executives against whom the penalty of CENSURE
has been imp osed for absenting from their duties.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
