Good morning,
I attended the meeting on March15, 2024 regarding the Stemmons Building. It was made public that no floors on the
Stemmons Building has a Certificate of Occupancy. It was also stated that this location is a construction site and the
public should not be in this building. It had been previously stated that the building was not safe for the public by
management knowing we were going to move into a building that was not ready for occupancy. During the meeting it
was my understanding that there is only one certificate for the elevators, and they have not been inspected. There has
also been no personal protective equipment provided to the employees who are working under the unsafe building
conditions.
I would like to submit my request for hazardous pay for every month we have been in this building until a certificate of
occupancy for the common areas of the first floor and the 5 th floor have been obtained. If hazardous pay cannot be
provided, I would like to be moved back to 320 E Jefferson, or work from home.
