    Dear Sir,

    We thank you for inviting us to quote for the above subject & are Very pleased to
    submit our competitive offer for the Installation of chilled water piping works as detailed
    below.

    Scope of Work

    1. The scope of work consists of the Installation of Chilled water pipes, AHU, FCU,
    valve package, Floor Tapping And pressure Test. Scope of works are as per the
    details given in the approved Drawings.

    Price: Unit Rate attached in the ( Annexure – 1 )

    NOTES / CONDITIONS:

    Basis of our offer

    1. M/s. Gulf Industrial and Marine Service Co. will not hold responsibility for
    any delay in completion / commissioning due to obstruction by existing
    contractors at project area.

    2. Any Civil Constructions/ Modification ( Coring , Chipping ) Pipe shifting Etc, Will
    not Belongs to M/s. Gulf Industrial and Marine Service Co. Scope of Works.

    3. M/s Gulf Industrial and Marine Service Co . personnel’s to come with their
    standard safety equipment’s such as Safety Helmet, Safety Glass, Gloves, Safety
    Shoes, Safety Jacket and Normal Coverall to meet PPE Requirements.

    4. M/s. Gulf Industrial and Marine Service Co supply of technician, supervisor


    including the provision of all equipment consumables items and hand tools for
    installation.

    5. If gate passes for the workers required, M/s Radiant arrange for the same and
    bear the fees, if any.

    6. Electrical Power Supply (Temporary ) ,Test Water, Scaffolding & Necessary
    Facilities at the Site Should be Provided By Mep Contractor M/s Radiant.

    7. All The approved materials & consumable items Should be Supplied by MEP
    Contractor M/s Radiant according to the requirement .

    8. Chilled water Pipe’s chemical cleaning and flushing Will not be Belongs to M/s.
    Gulf Industrial and Marine Service Co. Scope of Works

    9. Annexure 1 is a part of this document.

    Mobilization: To be discussed.

    Terms Of Payment :

    For Every Work Progress Ivoices Payment Should be Within 30 Days From the
    Submission Of Invoice..

    Night Time Works :

    If Works Are Required During off Hours ( outside 8 Hours Working Day ) Particularly
    During night Time , We Shall Provide Our Manpower With Requirement Of Main
    Contractor .

    Validity :

    Our Proposed offer is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of offer.
