◼ Asia-Pacific M&A Association (APMAC), collectively founded by the China M&A

Association (CMAA) and the American M&A Association in 2018, was officially
renamed Global M&A Council (GMAC) in 2020.
― GMAC mainly focuses on building an M&A information-sharing platform
among Asian investment banks, M&A trade associations and commercial banks
with their counterparts in the US.
