As you know, your thoughts are the first cause of your results. It all starts with the thoughts you hold in
your mind. If your mind is filled with thoughts of doubt, unworthiness or inadequacy, then your actions will
never be able to take you where you want to go.

Affirmations are a powerful tool to help focus your thoughts on what it is that you desire to create for
yourself and your life. These positive thoughts then create a vibrational energy in each and every one of
the cells of your body that then drives you toward your goal, and fuels your confidence along the way.

If you’ve had thoughts or feelings of unworthiness or inadequacy, you’re not alone. In fact, every person
on this planet has thoughts of fear, doubt, and worry from time to time. It’s just a part of the human
condition!

The difference between those who stay stuck and those who create extraordinary success in their life lies
in one’s ability to redirect thoughts consistently over time, so that we build new beliefs about ourselves
that reflect our true potential.

Often, beliefs about our own “unworthiness” are programmed during childhood. But these old beliefs do
not need to define you in the here and now, or in the future. These limiting beliefs have no power over you,
and you can replace them with new, more empowering beliefs anytime you choose!

The key to this change is CONSISTENCY.

As you read each one, put your hand over your heart, and look yourself in the eye. Each affirmation is a
gift that you are giving yourself — so do your best to let it enter your heart space, so that you can fully
receive it.

Also, listen the Self-Worth Meditation I’ve recorded for you every morning and every night for 30 days.

Doing both of these practices may seem like a big commitment, but in fact, they’ll take you less than 20
minutes a day in total… and you are worth it!

As you commit yourself to this process, you will start noticing that you experience less and less feelings
of inadequacy and unworthiness throughout your day.

A newfound confidence will begin building within you. You will feel more grounded, and more loving
toward yourself. You will feel more at peace with yourself. You will take bolder, bigger actions on the
