    PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JANUARY 16, 2020 AT BARANGAY SESSION.

    Call to Order:
    The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning with an invocation
    led by Garcia B. Manambuay, followed by the singing of National Anthem.

    Roll Call:
    During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, there
    were two (2) members of the council were absent, thus a quorum was declared.
    Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:
    There being no objection among the members of the council after reading the previous
    minutes of the meeting. Therefore, the minutes of the previous meeting was approved and
    adopted.
    Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:
    1. Letter from DA- AMRES dated January14, 2020.
    Business of the Day:
    1. Patak Polio
     Department of Health (DOH) will conduct Patak Polio here in our barangay to
    be facilitated by Kim B. Estrada, Barangay Midwife, Marlon I. Pandeling, NDP,
    BNS as well as BHW’s. The schedule of activity are as follows:
    * Purok 5, January 20, 2020
    * Purok 6, January 21, 2020
    * Purok 3, January 22, 2020
    * Purok 1 & 7, January 23, 2020
    * Purok 2 & 4, January 24, 2020.
    2. Barangay Peace and Order Council (BPOC)
     Punong Barangay Jaynodin P, Isla very thankful to all new appointed BPAT’s
    who had voluntary themselves as a peace keeping team in the barangay. He
    also imphasized the rule as “One for All, All for One”. He decided to conduct
    an investigation to the reported incident happened in the production area of
    DA-AMRES occurred in between last January 10, 2020 to January 13, 2020, as
    reported by CEMIARC.
     Motioned by Kgd. Ahmad P. Sadang, Chairperson on Committee on Peace and
    Order, to conduct an investigation immediately right after the session in Sitio
    of Nazareth, duly seconded by Kgd. Solaiman D. Salik.
     Another motioned by the Chairman of the Peace and Order Committee, to
    observed and implement the curfew hours (10:00 PM-4:00 AM), seconded by
    the body.
    3. Barangay Development Council (BDC)
     Resolution addressed to Hon. Nancy A. Catamco, Governor, Province of
    Cotabato, requesting additional budget for the ongoing Multi-purpose two (2)
    storey building (Barangay Hall).
     Resolution requesting the Governor of Cotabato Province, Hon. Nancy A.
    Catamco, for the Barangay Road Rehabilitation project.
     Extension of Barangay Covered Court allocated from Barangay IRA.
    Adjournment:
    Having no business agenda to be tackle, Kgd. Solaiman D. Salik motioned for the
    adjournment of the session. It was seconded by Kgd. Anwar U. Talib. The session was adjourned
    at around 11:55 in the morning.
