    CALL TO ORDER:
    The meeting was called to order at 9:00am followed by a prayer led by Zoharto N. Dalping.

    ROLL CALL:
    During the roll call (10) ten members of the sanggunian including the barangay Chairman were present.
    The secretary declared and certified that the Barangay Nutrition Committee was a quorum.

    BUSINESS OF THE DAY:


    A. Formulation of Barangay Nutrition CoAmmittee
    B. Statement of Functions of Barangay Nutrition Committee
    Barangay Nutrition Committee formulated and functions of BNC are as follows:
    a. Formulate the Barangay Action Plan
    b. Coordinate the Nutrition Activities of the Barangay
    c. Organized the Barangay Network
    d. Prepare the spot map of the Barangay
    e. Conduct Operation Timbang (OPT) under the supervision of the City Health Office
    f. Organization specific group to implement Nutrition Invention Activities and assess progress
    g. Hold regular quarterly meeting to monitor program performance.
    ADJOURNMENT:
    There being no other matter to tackle the session was adjourned at 11:30 am.
