• Direct a multidisciplinary project focused on investigating the development of atherosclerosis and thrombosis in
a model of melanoma
• Analyze RNA-Seq data to generate valuable insights into molecular pathways and regulatory mechanisms
underlying the progression of atherosclerosis and thrombosis in the context of melanoma. Employ diverse
bioinformatics tools and software such as Trimmomatic, STAR, HTSeq, DESeq2, and IPA
